Many are enroled on the masters (or a degree if they do not have one) part time WHEN they start the job, as a perk... Common place in most universities.April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

I'm frankly astounded at how this general enquiry thread has been turned round to the same conversation about SP and his dream of working at a university...... i feel bad for the OP who's discussion on references has been wrecked to instead show a repeat of the studentphil show!!0

i see you only joined MSE this month - we've been through all the double standards and excuses for months now..... i'd suggest giving up now - logic and reasoning and help and suggestions and pity and tough love and plain insults etc etc etc have made no difference - these threads have come thick and fast since last summer. we've all suggested asking for help (some people on here have worked or do work in student support and took time to spell out the help available) - no advice has been taken and the whinging continues!:happyhear0 -
I have asked for help from my lecturers but I do just find the reading demands and essay writing a bit too much sometimes as they are not my strongest areas.:beer:0
