Thanks FS, but I obviously spoke too soon!
Test on Monday was awful, got worst grade I've had in any subject ever, including first year modules of things I'd never done before like Biology and Law! Questions were ambiguous, and I just couldn't find the info. Looking at lectures etc more wouldn't even have helped, it was a very strange format of test. Disappointed is mild for what I feel.
Still. Put it behind me, nothing I can do, I just have to ace the rest of the assignments/exam etc.
More, more and MORE paperwork for visa stuff.
-4.4lb this week, -19.6 in total

I always weigh on Wii fit, have to put up with it groaning when I get on, then doing a bit fatty oh no type noise, then to add insult to injury, it portrays me as Mrs blobby. Plus it seems to think I should be 9 stone 2, don't think I ever weighed that in this lifetime.
Absolutely awesome amount lost this week Calfuray, well impressed. (And jeolous)Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Oh dear! I just have boring digital IKEA scales. Just think what a flattering picture it'll put up at the end once you're done!Tilly_MFW_in_6_YRS wrote: »Cal, that's a fantastic weight loss - what with you and HDK it's really making me think before I grab something to eat.
Tilly x
Thanks to both of you but it's an anomaly. The past few weeks have been 0.8lb, 1.2lb etc, when at my weight I should be losing at 2lb a week, so this is just it playing catch up. I worked out the average and it's 2.13lb, so right on track.
I recommend you calculate the average too HDK, that way you'll know you are still well on track
For actual fitness though, I have the programme I'm following, my weights are increasing every week, my time to complete each bit is decreasing etc, very happy with the results so far. Can't wait for 6 week round up so I can be like "loooook!" to the trainerStill very nerve-wracking going to gym but I'm not chickened out yet though have come close frequently.

Hahah yes that irritating little whimper it makes!!!
I do a sneaky weigh on the gym scales before a swim but I weigh on the first Friday of the month on my Tanita body fat scales I have had since I was a hurdler.
But I also use Fat2Fit Radio's military body fat calculator which is a little more accurate and then I use another site to work out upper and lower limits of calories for my fairness levels - I use those limits in MFP - when I had a much better routine before taking the tennis job I was losing nice and steadily.
Then my routine went to pieces and I got lazy so it's back to the beginning again for me but at least I one I can do it!- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

I have another free app on my kindle, don't know it's name, but it's a pair of scales with 120 written on it. I enter my weight each week, it tells me exactly where I am on a graph, showing my calories in, daily average, weekly average loss. The graph estimate where I should be when. It does the bits I think mfp doesn't have.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Hello! Thanks Alchemilla and Lois
I'm still here, just extremely busy.
Weight loss is now 25lb in total. 6 week gym program is coming to an end on Wednesday.
I have uni deadlines on Monday, registry office wedding stuff on Thursday, next deadline a week on Wednesday, then a week on Monday, then 2 weeks on Monday, then wedding, then exams, then visa interview in London, then Florida......
It's all go-go-go. I've not really had time to read threads or anything, so I hope everyone is okay!
Money saving is going medium, on one hand I am saving money buying healthier foods instead of takeaways, on the other hand I keep having to buy new clothes! Have continued to overpay on mortgage, will need to update my signature at some point. I have a giant to-do list for June because I don't have any time right now!
Thanks for thinking of me
Cal x0
