Hey there Calfuray. Such great positivity going on - well done. You are storming ahead.

London - its the most amazing city on earth! I absolutely love it. Admittedly its not for everyone but if you are just there for a little bit you will have a ball. Get yourself a good A-Z and try to walk as much as possible - you'll see so much.

    Happy Anniversary!!!!

I love London, although I couldn't live there.... I pop down for work every few weeks and really enjoy having a mooch around and discovering new hidden streets/parks etc.

Hope you had a lovely lunch!

    Thanks MM and lula :)

I'm scared about London, but looking forward to it. I want to see EVERYTHING!

I'll be staying near Victoria, wherever that is!!

Not been very good on money front, went out to cinema and for a few meals this week. Got my hair cut today - it's awful. So hard to find a good hairdresser. Bought some clothes to, but that was needed as I'm getting holes in quite a few tops!

Have been relatively good on the study front, 11 days to first one though, freaking out. On that note, off to study :(

Nothing more moneysaving since last time, no more OPs, but more spending :o

Needed new work clothes for summer project/internship blah. Got haircut - more money.

Just had head down studying, worn through a few notebooks and pens.

    Back to it....

Thanks toerag, that's very sweet of you to say.

It went quite well, know I made a few mistakes but ok overall.

Next exam 9am tomorrow, this is the biggy, the difficult one. Exam is worth 60%, assignment is worth 30% and we still haven't had assignment back, so no knowledge of grades so far, no way to make contingency plans etc. This is the module that you much achieve a certain grade in to be allowed to do Honours. Eep..

On money side, I have quit my horrible poisonous soul-crushing job. It hasn't really sunk in yet because I have exams and I'm going to do my leaver's stuff on Friday, but I am already so so much happier, and that's even with exam stress!!

Have already figured out finances before I made the decision obviously, but will need to see what happens with OPs. Still aiming for the same as before, but will obviously need to amend month to month as needed.

Hope everyone is well. Must dash off and study!

Just catching up on your diary, Cal.

Big congratulations on the funding and the internship and leaving the soul-crushing job and everything.

Best of best wishes for tomorrow's exam. Just remember, you are one of the best 25 in Europe, so you don't need to get stressed about an exam. You've worked hard and you know your stuff, and you'll be fine. :)

Thanks Lois. That was a lovely positive post to read before my exam, good confidence boost. Have missed you!

    And thanks sweetdaisy :)

Exam actually went surprisingly okay. I must admit, I did open it and freaked out, but once I put my head down and read everything fully it was okay. I'm being quietly optimistic on this one, we'll see how it goes. We have the usual students bragging that it was easy, and some worried that they've failed.

Next exam on Wednesday, then running friend to airport straight after, then off until 10th June, during which I need to gut the house and maybe chill out too :j

One more exam! One more exam!
