Thanks guys
Absolutely :mad::mad: today though. Closed account with old provider, set up account with new provider. Checked, DD was set up, everything was ready.
Email this morning saying new bill is up, I go to open it and it says there is a previous balance from last month. Check my bank, DD has been cancelled. Phone the bank, they don't know why. Phone the company, they say DD was set up on 13th, then cancelled on 14th, and they have no idea why. I've paid and set up DD for future, but can't tell me if it will appear as a late payment marker. They report directly to Equifax, so I'm pretty sure it will.
RAGING
And, they never once sent me an email, letter or text to say there were any problems collecting the payment!!0 -
Complain. It's not acceptable for them to say that the DD was cancelled and they don't know why. You didn't cancel it, so you shouldn't be disadvantaged by their errors.
Well done on getting sub £56k.
I have to say the whole idea of a mortgage that begins with a 5 is envy-inducing for me.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Ooo, trust me, I will. I'm quite good at getting my own way
I dunno whether to complain now or wait and see what credit report ends up saying? I find it shocking that they report to credit agency directly and aren't able to advise me what will happen in advance.
And thanksSince it always started with a 5 it's not that impressive
And you're not far to starting with a 60 -
Sooooo busy with uni work it's unbelievable.
Just finished second stage of testing/interviews to intern for... a very famous and well-used search engine shall we say. Completed application form on Friday and got coding test on Monday. Very hard. Will need to wait and see!
Got an email about summer project I applied for, asking if I'd been given funding yet. So, that was either a tidying-up exercise, just checking who they can eliminate as already having funding, or, it was a positive hint...?
I don't know how HDK does it by the way. I'm having trouble putting together work, uni, chilling, study and housework. I think work's gonna have to go. Worked it out, and nothing's going to happen until the summer at the earliest. But we'll see.
In mean time, paid 34.61 of mini-target of 75. Still long way to go.
Hope everyone's well0 -
Fingers crossed for your internship.0
