Good luck down the job centre!

Nice try. If you REALLY think this will help OP's cause then think that way.
How ON EARTH are her bosses supposed to react/think about negative opinions towards clients??!!
If she'd been there a few years, HAD NOT set up but merely participated in joining the FB group etc then maybe/probably he/she at this company would keep their job and perhaps get a warning re internet usage etc.
But this woman has deliberately set up a potentially damaging media page to gripe about clients and payroll issues. and all this after what 4 months after being employed at her *new* company. If she is not mature enough to go to managers about a) client problems and b) payroll problems then she deserves disciplining.
nobody is denying that , least of all me.my original question was about whether i was be fired outright or recieve a first a final written warning which i believe would be their other option.0 -

Dont know why you are still following this track. Facebook is not to be used as a communication tool in most places other than merely for marketing purposes. If the OP wanted to communicate then they could of by text and phone as she said in her original post I read last night before she took the time to delete them this afternoon.jobbingmusician wrote: »I still think people are being rather hard on the OP. She set up what she believed was a helpful private forum, for people to share their problems and support each other. She now accepts that this was wrong (I think!) and will say this in her disciplinary hearing.
In her position, I would say something like this to the employers.
'I set up a PRIVATE facebook page because I felt it would be helpful to all of us to have advice and support from our peers. I have now realised this was a mistake and I should have talked to management about ways of supporting each other. Please believe me - I set up the group to try to learn more from my peers and so that we could share best practice and problems. I didn't do it to harm the company in any way'
And if you get asked about negative opinions on clients
'I put down my feelings (or 'x put down her feelings') so that the rest of us could challenge this and actually help me/her to work better with the client. I know these feelings were a bit over the top but I/she wanted to talk through how I/she was feeling to be able to work with this client in the best way possible, get challenged by colleagues and see why this negative view was actually wrong'
'
Setting this up of her own accord and without it going through the proper channels she will get her just desserts. What possessed her to do this fater only 4 months in the door God knows why. She is well and truly stuffed here and will have to learn by it.0 -

Might have been nice of you to leave the posts for the next person that decides to do this as I am sure there will be a lot more as seeing these stories on the press and online over the years hasnt counted for much0 -

Some of us value our jobs thanks v much and aren't stupid enough to do what OP does.
If she didn't want opinions then don't post here go to CAB and/or get free 1 hour advice from some employment sols who'd say more or less what we say.0 -

if i could thanked your post twice i would have!
I deleted my posts because i can't win now , if i try to defend my case or say anything back to anyone then i am obviously a 'loose cannon' and have done this before and have a bad attitude too. So that is why I have deleted them for the couple of posters who asked.0 -
