  • Bend over and kiss your !!! goodbye.
  • 'all employees of the same company to disscuss work related matters. '

If it was set up by you for the employees to discuss work related matters someone said you could do this? After being there such a short time.

You may think Facebook may be secure but it's not 100% as anyone who joined could tell someone else and its in the public domain and anyone would know you are only asking for it if you do something like this.

Chances of keeping your job? not much tbh. Why did you feel the need to set up a group so that you could slag your company/clients off?

None. I say someone in your 'group' isn't so groupie and deliberately did this to get you sacked. Try finding out if someone gave this info or did the employer illegally obtained an employee's facebook password via keylogging/hidden cameras.
  • Is there a part of your contract that states you cannot set up face book groups and mention the companys name?

Why are you the only one being disciplined if there were others in the group?

If the company is sensible then you have absoloutely no chance.

Social media sites are not the place for company sensitive information, much less "venting" and mentioning client names.

The company will be doing damage limitation and hoping the client does not get any whiff of this breach of trust.

In future do not mention anything at all relating to work on any social media or for that matter internet site unless you have been expressely have permission from the boss. Even then think twice.

Logging at work isn't illegal if the employer states as such in the terms of use for internet. They don't need the login/password as they can just rely on the proxy server to log the content of what is being browsed.
