Knock knock! G'day. Anyone awake yet?
No? Okay, I'll go down the beach for a walk and come back later.
Anyway, in the meantime just so you know.. I was thinking of making an e-visit to sample your kind of Christmas, if anyone can spare an e-bed for a couple of nights....don't mind getting passed around, always happy to do the dishes, sweep the floor and set the table. I'm pretty easy to get on with and can contribute to any conversation based on money saving, cats, chooks, vege gardens and food in general. Kids I can do for a little while, but I failed as mother-of-the-year, and didn't do any better at grandma-of-the-year, but hey, everyone's good at something, or so I'm told.
Now I don't want you to put yourself out, I'm happy to take you as you are. If you're all a bit too busy at this time of year to have someone lob on you, I understand. Course, if you're planning to get away I can always house-sit for you, I'm quite happy to entertain myself wandering up and down the aisle of your local shops.
Anyway, I'll leave you to get a bit of liquid into you while you give the matter some thought.
Catch ya later

Forgot to say
pru I'm usually up at 4am but I like to get my chores done before everyone gets up and tend to sit on my butt with a coffee and the lappy catch up shortly after 6, how organised am I ? :rotfl::rotfl:
In truth the animals all go bonkers and don't let you do owt else until they're fed and watered.
Mrs cd DSS is 12 and not a nasty bone in his body. He lives with us because his Mum was an alcoholic and has spent years answering questions as to why he lives with his Dad. He is bound to ask questions on other family units.
Lovely story about the homeless man :T
Only managed to drop some instant custard packets to the food bank yesterday so may have to drop a couple more bits off today

fuddle that journey will be too much but you will save a lot on heating when in the new house. Something will turn up as you are so receptive to new things. The universe will provide0 -
Ginnyknit :- I bet you were thrilled for him. Lovely!
Prudence:- Would love to have you! Starts quiet, just Me, DH and my Mam. Gets very noisy later with two DD's their DH's and four Grandchildren. Present opening takes hours because we all watch as each person opens their gifts. Fresh oj and pate on toast for breakfast, lunch about 1pm and bits on a tray around 7pm. Am practising a Chocolate Torte for dessert, Lemon Cheescake also available! Mam and I great believers in 'dressing gowns on' as soon as company departs. :rotfl: Feet up, chocolates and the odd Snowball served by Dh. Lots of love and hugs and kisses are our main Christmas ingredient. Will set you a place.:)

Oh golly what a night. Very little sleep and just want to sit and cry. Life is very hard right now (can't do detail as it would make me too recognisable to family I know are forum members) but would be so grateful for either a kick to make me pull myself together and/or some virtual sympathy as right now I just want to crawl into a hole and never come out again. Please be patient with any mis-spellings and typos I am officially useless with a touchscreen keyboard!!! :mad:0
