7ww I can walk for miles without sore knees, good plan I go fast as I feel a bit like a penguin doing a slow jog... It's not pretty.

He did jps, the last call was between moving out and Christmas. I'm not slaking anymore but still pacing absent mindedly. I'm doubting myself, wondering would I cope with this better on the anti depressants. I think I would but only the emotional side. The whole feeling of being wronged upsets me a lot.

fuddle - its possible to send all his calls to voicemail or even reject on my phone and I think most phones are the same.


ETA - I cant find instructions for iphone to tell you exactly how to do it, so it may not be possible on the iphone, what is definitely possible is to assign him a special ringtone, in this case you could make his calls silent so you miss them, he is then forced to leave a message - messages are admissable in court:)

I got into a heated exchange today with a plonker in a huge 4x4 who decided to go the wrong way on the one way car park at our little shopping centre, thus causing a massive snarl up.

My vet's is there, I had taken my cat in for a routine check up and she was howling blue murder in her cat box next to me while this jerk was telling me that I should also attempt to go the wrong way (you'd have to see the situation to understand) in order to move out of his way so he could park in the spot I was trying to get out of. Which was way too small for his hu-blimmin-mungous beast of a vehicle anyway.

Well the kids in school have more sense and manners than this idiot. And I told him so

Normally such a conflict would leave me upset, but my rhino-hide growing attempts must be working because I really don't care a hoot that I gave him a piece of my mind :cool:

Kidcat, so sorry to hear about your pusscat (hope DS14 finds comfort soon), and fuddle, what a horrible LL. Love and hugs to you both, and indeed to all you tough OSers. Huge thanks for the courage and humour you show, and the support you so generously give throughout the year.
I will be glad to see the back of 2012 - we have no children, and have lost a much loved horse and cat this year. My brother in law has to go into hospital later this week for a potentially serious operation, and although we have been invited out to a party tonight with some old friends, my OH is in a rage and has retired to bed with a hot water bottle!!! So I will have to go on my own. Grrr. I don't really like New Year's Eve at the best of times (my mother died on NY Eve a few years ago), but this one does not feel good. Ah well, we fight on. Just had another off the hospital and another muck about. So from the degenrative knee clinic back to the muscular clinic. Arghhhh 8 weeks of waiting and i'm being mucked about again. Think i;m just going to goto a&e and demand to see someone. I know its sounds bad, but i'm sick. I know they just passing the buck because i haven't had an xray or complained in 18 months. Maybe i should have done what everyone said including the GP and sued the pants off them. I mean i have a full case against them for negligence.But i'm not that type of person i couldn't sue anyone.

Sorry peeps just having a rant.

Were just staying in tonight, just the four of us. OH doesn't fancy drinking but we have a bottle of wine just we fancy it.

A letter sounds the right wy to go. It's all proof should he still decide to dispute. I just wish it would all stop. There is no way in backing down though. Fuddle, this man sounds very unpleasant and, as I thought he is trying to up the ante.

Stand your ground and quite calmly tell him you will not take any further phone calls and the only thing you will accept is the return of your full deposit as is his legal obligation.

He is bound to harass, rant, rave and otherwise make a darn nuisance of himself, sad for him but, as he hasn't a leg to stand on he has nothing else he can do.

Stand firm!, do not let him rattle you. Remember you have the upper hand.

At least he's responded, maybe thing will get moving officially now. I've been reading what happens in a dispute. He has to submit evidence. Other than a photograph of said item he has non.

I'm making notes with my evidence, although a bit worrying as he will get to see my evidence, and I want to document everything. Thing is how do I get written evidence that the LL has phoned me. I only get calls I've made on my phone bills. Short of taking a photograph of my phone with his number on I don't know what to do.

I'm so worke up about it and can't shut off. DH is trying his best to calm me down by saying the absolute worst is we lose money and thr he can't harm us. I just can't get over it an doubt ill sleep as it all goes round my head all the time.

Aaaaaaaanyway! New Year's Eve and wanted to say thank you to all of you who have propped me up by the thread, PM, email, Facebook, letter and text. For all I'm a flake I'm a much stronger flake now.

I would also like to apologise both to pops and mrs veg plot who managed to get on my manic side. I have snapped once too many times in front of people I admire. My New Years resolution then is to not log on when I'm manic.. Which is now!! happy new year everyone and may we share in our fair share of good next year. Long may the support continue when it's really rotten too x

Fuddle,if ex-LL is phoning your mobile have a look on your phone and see if you'v got a call log, if you have then it should have a recived call tab so then you can proof who's phoned.

I've got it boult I've taken photograph of all the calls with the date on too. it may not be much evidence but at least it shows he's contacted us since we moved out

What are the chances of him falsifying evidence? He has our signatures on the ingoing meter readings although we didn't sign on leaving.

Ok, ok yes. Too much! I'm stopping thinking now. DH dropped his Christmas present from me in the bath... A right soggy history of black adder and it seems the overflow on the bath isn't connected as we have a water mark on te kitchen ceiling. Bliddy ell. Let it be sleep time!!
