I've used the word written, but I wasn't sure it was correct or covers me enough. As a lot of my communication is through texts or emails and of course verbally (phone, face to face), so my contract with the client ends up mostly informal after the formal contract has been signed. Ah, maybe informal would work? Maybe I'm overthinking this. I got the T&C's down to 44, a huge improvement on the 60 or so I had.:o Tried formatting so I had those nice sections with i, ii, iii, and so on but messed up!

Shoot it over to me when you're finished and I'll have a look and get DH to, he is very used to picking holes in long legal documents and will find if there is a loophole.

Shegar - Pops was referring to his blog I believe. :) .

That's how I took it as well. :)

Just had a wee skim of the thread between chores. I'm cooking up a storm for people coming to stay this weekend. :D

Have had the lurgy for weeks and weeks. Not sure if it's the same strain as yours Kittie but it's not going away :(. I see someone referring to some useful info you gave about dealing with it but I can't find the post. :o

Don't worry about passing on snow warnings when it doesn't happen. I'm sure we are all grateful that it didn't come to pass. :) I remember the relief that last winter wasn't nearly so dire as predicted.....

Great news about the house Fuddle :j. Hopefully you will settle there and be much more content. Shame about the job though. :(

Hope that puddytat turns up soon PIC.

Right. Back to the kitchen for me. Have no idea if I have enough room in the freezer for all this food. :rotfl:

Lovely to see you Haribo - hope you, hubby and the girlies are all ok?

Posession - glad Mr P got on ok, I'm sure a desk, phone and pooter will appear.

Byatt - DH will gladly look at docs for you, his former job (before his accident) was a contract law specialist. It may take him a day or so but he'd welcome the break from the tedium that is being nagged by me :D

Still deaf in one ear thanks to my dodgy sinuses but feeling full of the joys of autumn thanks Kidcat.

Hope you and yours are ok?

ETA - thanks for that Kittie - I knew there was a link between sinus issues and gut flora and as I suffer hugely from reflux this is something I'm aware of and have tried probiotics along with cutting yeast from my diet as much as possible. I can't say it's had a profound effect but it has slowed my sinus infections down. I normally need anti- bs but this time round I've managed without (first time in 8 years or so it's started to clear of its own accord) so maybe it's working more than I thought.

Things are difficult at the moment pooky but I am sure it will pass, I just need to not let things get to me so much. :) Glad you are feeling better, I think Christmas works so much better if you can get a handle on it in November:D

Pooky the GP eventually decided my year long cough was reflux and put me on a high dose of omeprazol and it has made a huge difference - just fyi. Cough - and what i thought was indigestion - virtually disappeared.

Hi HJ, nice to see you posting. What you cooking? Good luck for the weekend. It sounds busy. :)

Thanks for the info kittie. I look at yakult and the like time and time again but walk on by. I know it has to be good for me but until I can fathom out why it's good for me, I keep my money in my pocket. Mental note being written though, if I have sinus trouble.

Pleased that cough got sorted in the end Possession

DH is music magpie his DVD's and CD's.I knew it would be trouble "27p for that?! It's legendary!" Over and over again. He's not going to part with anything I can tell.

Edit: Aw the J0hn Lewis Christmas advert made me well up. That was lovely. :)

Kidcat, sorry to hear things aren't so good, anything we can help with? PM if you want a chat x

The problem with the probiotic drink things is that you need at least two a day for a decent amount of the good bacteria and it gets pricey, cheaper to buy a probiotic from a health food shop/online supplier.

Possessin - I've had omperozol in the past, they're great for reflux. Hubby has them now to protect his tummy from the amount of other stuff he's on.

I need to make two wreaths, finish a quilt and bind it, take a trip to France, entertain friends and have my parents over for dinner in the next three days..... Not quite sure where I'm supposed to find the time.

ETA - Fuddle - it's lovely isn't it, made me and DDs go "awwwwwww"
