Sq you're so chirpy chipper... Send some over the wifi for our household will ya :)

They owe me a lot of money for a lot of hours. I just hope the letter tomorrow will put a rocket up their bottoms. I wasn't unreasonable this morning, I only asked for the two weeks from March, that would have seen us ok.

    Tired of it consuming me.

Happier news - childminding course confirmation came through and I got the teaching assistant application emailed.
  • Yay well done FUDDLE positive thinking in the face of adversity, that's our girl!!!!!!!! Cheers Lyn xxx.

We got the advance :) so at least we won't be in debt with childcare.

So then, here's to a bank holiday weekend without a penny to spare but, hey weather is meant to be glorious and don't forget DH has social use of works car, petrol included, food in cupboard. I think we will be fine don't you.

The scrapes I get meself in to eh?
  • Well done Fuddle. So glad you got the advance. You'll be fine over the weekend as, despite little money, you will be enjoying time with your girls, OH and Alfie - without the stress of working at that establishment. I think you are well out of it and other opportunities are coming together.

    RPP
  • Great news little one, and if you do get into scrapes you usually manage to find a way out of them again don't you? Have a lovely weekend just being together with Mr Fuddle, the girlies and the Alfie puppy and you'll be the richest woman on the planet, all the rest is not nearly so important as them. You're an inventive little cook so use your stores and make some lovely homey food, enjoy the weather and let the world go hang for a few days, you need some time out, so take it!!! Cheers Lyn xxx.

    Good news fuddle :)

Well after yet another mad day I am finally sitting down - still got loads to do but I am taking a few minutes.

We have been really lucky and have been given tickets to visit legoland in windsor - I am so pleased and so grateful. My only issue now is finding somewhere to stay that is reasonably priced. Its an odd area in that there is large numbers of tourists but no signs of caravan sites etc.

Kidcat - We got Legoland tickets thanks to Merlins Wand, but luckily we have family in Oxfordshire to stay with.

Fuddle, so glad you at least got the advance - have a lovely family bank holiday now. X

Off up to my parents this weekend, taking DD to Printfest so she can add to her art collection!

Hope you all have a good weekend - X
