yeah that'll work just fine & is essentially what i said in the post further up. i'm not using google yet but will certainly use the google invoice method. less money that goes to ebay the better.
  • Soolin, you say that nochex is banned. Thats news to me. All my listings have nochex as the prominate payment method ( in my listing at least )
I have just checked the accepted payment types and it is listed as being allowed.
  • Ummm, I think I might also try to google invoice method. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I thought Nochex was banned briefly but then allowed once again.

When I first posted the link, as did someone else, nochex was clearly banned. However that same link now shows nochex is accepted but interestingly google is still not accepted. So it seems that nochex still varies almost on a weekly basis between being accepted and not being accepted....maybe Google will join Nochex then and switch between accepted/not accepted?

So you're happy that people who only buy with pp or people who have pp only in searches will not see your auctions?
  • Yep, thats their loss not mine. The only person I know that searches with PP only is soolin, as she has said so many times. I get quite a few people who dont use paypal, which is fine by me. I think that my feedback gives them reassurance that they will get what they have paid for regardless of how they pay, so if I can reduce my overheads then thats good for me.

Nope! It's just as much your loss as theirs :)

    I do that as well.

I'm just not prepared to suffer the loss of protection offered by using a credit card.

I think you'd find that there are quite a few people who feel the same. They wouldn't bother having special checkbox for it if it wasn't used.
