for anyone having issues with ordering from direct there is a problem with the site, I have been trying to place an order with my vouchers since 8:30 last night, I reported the issues on the facebook page only to be told delete cookies bla bla, been having a bit of a rant with them this morning about it to and asked them to contact their technical department ...after 4 more hours of trying today they have finaly come back to me and confirmed there is an issue at present and they are not sure how long it will take to be fixed, just didnt want anyone wasting time adding loads of vouchers for them to then get the sorry we are trying to fix it message x

I had the same issue with my exchange vouchers on Tesco Direct for several hours yesterday. Incredibly tedious as I was using 9 codes which I kept inputting.

Eventually I rang them, and the first thing I heard was a recorded message saying that the issue with vouchers on Tesco Direct has been fixed. Clearly not if you're still having issues today!

Anyway, easiest thing is to place the order over the phone. Still tedious as they make you recite the voucher codes you want to use (9 vouchers - this took me some time!)

i had an issue with trying to exchange my vouchers,what i did was log out the exchange the vouchers when logged out,it then asks you to confirm them by signing in and that seemed to work for me,hope that makes sense

I ordered some earlier no problem - around 11ish this morning (toy vouchers) and they were emailed through instantly. I didn't realise there was a problem, but it must have been fixed now

not getting the vouchers... actually using them.

I just called tesco direct helpdesk and they are having problems and can't hear what you are saying. gggrrrrrr

Is anyone still having problems?

What error message are you getting? It keeps letting me put all my codes in accepts them fine then accepts my card details but when I try to place an order I get a error message in red writing and it wipes all my Exchange voucher codes so I have to put them all in again......

thats exactly what is happening to me. So annoying!!!!

I'm getting exactly the same red message and have been since last night. Very annoying!:(
