            I was just in the Reading, Napier Rd store and saw they had the Imaginext Mega T Rex for £11!!! It was originally £44, we brought it at £38 last year and our son (4yrs) has destroyed many a castle and farmland with it... it went down to £22 recently and now £11 is a bargain and if you have £5 of vouchers to double up even more so!!!0

            I doubled my vouchers last week to spend on Tesco direct for a particular item but despite trying 6 times with 2 different cards it kept failing (had to go though the whole thing again each time)
 It is now too late for me to get the item and there is nothing else I want. I emailed Tesco on Monday but have not had a reply apart from the auto response.
 Will I lose the voucher if I don't spend it? There really is nothing at all I would buy with it but if I won't get the points back I don't want to waste it14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140

            I'm trying to buy innotab games on Tesco direct and have put 3 in my basket under the 3 for 2 offer and now when I'm inputting my voucher codes, the vouchers are showing as only worth 7.07
 Has anyone else found this when using codes for multi offers0

 The promotion hasn't ended yet - doesn't till at least the 13th, so don't panic. The ideal item, may yet come back into stuck, but it does help to have a plan 'b' i.e. alternatives.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0

            Tesco Direct service is abysmal.
 My order and tokens were lost and my details were incorrect due to a system fault - BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
 It took 7 hours over 4 days and numerous phone calls to get them to sort it out and they still haven't confirmed that they are making the delivery to the correct address on the agreed date.
 Worst of all their SECURE CHECK OUT ISN'T SECURE. MY CHECKOUT PAGE FLICKED TO CLAIR'S CHECKOUT AND BACK TO MINE AND THEN TO ALISTAIRE'S CHECKOUT.
 BE WARNED THAT SHOPPING WITH THEM AT PRESENT MAY NOT BE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
 (but I did get an emailed apology for their poor service today - big deal)0

            Oh dear. I just popped on to find out if others had made the same boob as me. I exchanged a pile of vouchers to spend on frozen foods for Xmas. I have just tried to checkout ... way before the cut off 13th ... and am told the voucher is not valid for my delivery date.
 Guessing that means I have to have the delivery before the 13th, not spend by 13th.
 Anybody any suggestions how I can exchange back? I don't want to spend all that money on frozen goods so soon ... I haven't the room to keep it all.
 And ... trying to amend my order to use them on 'fine wines' instead, all the offers have to be delivered before the 4th!!!
 So the offer isn't unti the 13th then, is it? If it has to be delivered before the 4th!
 That leaves skincare. Who the hell wants to spend that much on bleeding skincare.

 I received another email yesterday saying all was sorted out and my order has been found and processed THEN GOT ANOTHER ONE TODAY SAYING THEY CAN'T FIND MY ORDER AND CAN I GIVE THEM ALL MY DETAILS AGAIN!!0
