Anyone unable to exchange their vouchers the website keeps coming up with an error.

I called the customer services as was tying to order for an hour this morning, there is a message saying that the problem with double up vouchers is fixed and can be used after six hours. This was just before noon so should be fixed approx 6pm..... (Hopefully)

No. I can't see how that could be, it is not a clubcard voucher, it is a conditional spend voucher.
You could use it in conjunction with an Exchange voucher, but you can't 'double' it up.

Hi seen a post on here saying toys are going to be 3 for 2 this weekend. If I double up my vouchers today would the work on the 3 for 2? Anyone know?

Two points here:

- first you can't spend your 'ponts' only the cash vouchers that get sent to your address that CC has. That is - what do you do with vouchers that arrive in the post??

-second, if you see '0' points when you look on-line, likely that the card linked to you email address is not the card no you use in-store! Ring CC to de-link that no then when you log on you can put in your main CC no where you can see your points and Vouchers.
