It seems to be adding vouchers without me asking it to with different codes to the ones I was sent. Thought it was a glitch at first so tried just paying what it asked for on my credit card, £9.97. I get as far as putting my credit card details in and it seems to be processing it but then I get a message telling me to try again later. I've tried deleting the vouchers that have mysteriously been applied but it won't let me.
Didn't know you could order by phone. Will have to give that a go. Bit worried that I have had to put my card details in several times and could end up getting charged and/or getting the item I tried to order several times:eek:
Same happening to me right now, I doubled up £15 worth of vouchers for a basket worth £37.49. When I received the £30 of voucher codes went to pay and clicked to add the first voucher, the site then automatically added 4 different vouchers totalling £40, of which £30 was then taken off the balance, it still was asking me to pay the £7.49 as if only £30 had been added. Also it would not let me remove these 4 vouchers. Not sure what to do ?
I think they are previous vouchers that I have already used ?
Is also seems that these vouchers appear automatically now when every I go to the checkout even after I have cleared the basket. Should I just use them or will it charge my card the full amount?
Rang TD and they were no help bless them
Thanks

I would be very wary about mixing your CC vchrs from different accounts with different surnames & addresses.
Though, combining the Exchange vchrs more possible - but it won't allow you to overspend i.e. pay £40.00 for £39.99 let alone £35.00.
I know I can't mix the CC vouchers, Ill exchange my £10 and he'll exchange his, I meant can we then combine the exchange vouchers
.
And we'll make £40 no problem, lights and decorations etcWhats meant to be will always find its way...;)0 -
does anyone know when it will be next exchange please as this one is finishing on 4th of december and i have £20 clubcard points comming in january?0

Hi all
This probably sounds like a stupid question but I've never been quite sure about it!
I have £10 in Clubcard Vouchers which I want to convert to £20 of Exchange tokens to spend in-store.
When I get to the checkout, does this count as a £10 spend or a £20 spend?
Thanks very much.0 -
of course it will count as £20 so £20 off from your shoppingfordmanchester wrote: »Hi all

Just at work so dont have time to go trawling (so apologies if this has been asked a million times...!)
But, I wanted to order some toys last night, went on to double up some vouchers and thought I had done so successfully but they never appeared/were emailed? The total is down now on my avialble vouchers but no codes in the exchange tab still....is this normal?
I kind of expected it would be automated and quick! Think I've missed the furbys again now too!

hello, i'd be grateful for any advice trying to use up these vouchers.
apologies first,i'm not very techie.
i've doubled up my clubcard vouchers for personal electrical to try to purchase wireless headphones. theyre included in the double up rewards scheme on tesco direct.
me, being an idiot, popped down to tesco and doubled up instore.
i cant purchase them instore, and cant use the vouchers online.
ive phoned tesco who advised using them for in store pick up through tesco direct but they wont accept them either.
phoned tesco back and was more or less told hard luck for being stupid in the first place.
i've got too many presents to buy and not enough pay. using the vouchers up would make a big difference. ive got two boys and theres really not anything else in personal electrical i can buy them.0 -
