Yes, the browser on iPads don't seem to be compatible with Tesco system, Internet Explorer & Firefox are usually OK.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Glad you got it sorted in the end.0 -
Hi,
Wondering if anyone know the answer to my query. I have £10 in vouchers as does my boyfriend. We both intend to double them up, so will have £20 each.
Can we then use the exchange vouchers together, as £40, or do they need to be spent separately as two lots of £20 because there from different clubcard accounts?
Won't make much difference as we can still get what we want separately, it's just the tree we would like (our first tree in our first home!) is £35. So do we use one £20 for it and pay the £15 difference or can we use the £40 and then have £5 leftover?Whats meant to be will always find its way...;)0 -

You can use vouchers from seperate accounts in the same transaction. I do for every exchange. HTH
Oh and then you can just buy something else to make the amount up to £40, so long as whatever your buying is included in the exchange. If not, just double up the £10 and pay the rest in cash0 -
If anyone else made an order over the phone on Thursday night when the systems were playing up make sure you check your payment card!!
Despite reciting all 11 codes to the lady and being told my double up vouchers had been applied to my order I have just checked and I have been charged the full amount with no vouchers taken off.
Not best pleased!!!0 -

Brilliant, thanks so much! We need lights etc anyway so will have no trouble making the £40.
Thanks again

Thanks for the heads up - I was frustrated with having to place my order over the phone for it to go through (9 codes here, thought that was painful too! and have just checked bank account on your warning. They took payment in full!
Not best pleased either, not the time of the year to have extra money taken when they shouldn't have!0 -
I have just checked my credit card and they took the full £70.78 instead of the 78p.onefootmotu wrote: »If anyone else made an order over the phone on Thursday night when the systems were playing up make sure you check your payment card!!

My receipt says I have just paid 78p so not sure how this will be sorted out?Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310
June £232.66, May £310.36, April £310.19, March £287.32, February £250.18, January £257.24
Swagbucks in 2015 £65/£1500 -
I would be very wary about mixing your CC vchrs from different accounts with different surnames & addresses.emilyjayne wrote: »Hi,

Though, combining the Exchange vchrs more possible - but it won't allow you to overspend i.e. pay £40.00 for £39.99 let alone £35.00.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

In a later post she mentioned she is going to top up to £40 with lights and baubles, should not be a problem?0
