I had the same message so rang through my order earlier. Waited no more that 5 mins on the phone and she was able to put my order through no problem. I did have to read all 11 of the exchange codes to her!! but she had no problems. Email confirmation came through while i was just hanging up phone.

Hi,
I want to make a small purchase from Tesco Direct. It states on the item that I can use the exchange.
I click on it and it redirects me to the exchange site.
I input the value I want exchanged but when I press checkout, I get the following message...

The system cannot find the file specified.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the site?
I've not put any codes in yet as I assumed that would be on the page that doesn't open?

Are you on the Clubcard Rewards site and have you clicked on add to basket?

Yes, I click add to basket but when I press checkout I get the error message.
I'm on my iPad, perhaps I should try it on my laptop?

As I said I have no problems checking out on my Mac so it is not the site.

I bought a table and chairs yesterday with no problems. Trying to get something today and I am having major problems. It seems to be adding vouchers without me asking it to with different codes to the ones I was sent. Thought it was a glitch at first so tried just paying what it asked for on my credit card, £9.97. I get as far as putting my credit card details in and it seems to be processing it but then I get a message telling me to try again later. I've tried deleting the vouchers that have mysteriously been applied but it won't let me.

Didn't know you could order by phone. Will have to give that a go. Bit worried that I have had to put my card details in several times and could end up getting charged and/or getting the item I tried to order several times:eek:

Well, it worked on my laptop so obviously didn't like my iPad!
