OMG, thought i had it sorted allowed me to put vouchers in basket. Then I had to enter my voucher codes but I had to go to my club card account to get the numbers and am locked in the sign in loop again!!! it's enough to make you scream.
Rang Tesco and the go said to clear my cookies and history and it should work.
It's such hard work.
anyone else done this?
Are you using IE?
I always use Firefox browser when dealing with Tesco direct, seems a lot less flaky.0 -
I bought the Skylander Giants Wii Starter pack last week. The lady on customer services was convinced it wasn't included but I insisted she converted my vouchers to toy double ups and gues what .... It worked and was cheaper than the shelf edge price . £54.99 instead of £59.99 . She was gutted that it worked after having told me several times that she knew it wasn't going to work as it was classed as a console ! I told her my many " friends " around the country had used double up vouchers with success ! :j0

If they are 'Deals' tokens try:
Tesco Freetime Ltd.,
PO Box 654
Crawley
RH10 1RG
And for peace of mind take it to a Post Office and get proof of posting rather than use a post box.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I have £51 of toys and £50 voucher codes. It lets me input £30 then says I have not met the minimum spend please add more something or other! Aargh!
I would double check the ones you're ordering are included in the 'Exchange' - that's why you haven't reached the minimum spend!
Check the Tesco Direct page that theitem is on - is it flaged as qualified for the Exchange?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Need some advise please.
I have £40 of clubcard vouchers that expire on 31/12/12.
I want to use them to get some TV and audio equipment if and when that dept comes into the double up offers next year.
If I use the £40 voucher to get £10 of wine, will Tesco give me a new £35 voucher with a revised expiry date ?
If anyone could advise, it would be much appreciated. If you have one £40.00 voucher and convert £5.00 of that into an Exchange Voucher e.g Finest Wine, then yes the balance will go back into change for the next period.
But if it is made up of smaller denominations - no.POPPYOSCAR wrote: »Although Tesco if they think this is being done to extend the life of the voucher may refuse, as in their t&cs.

POPPYOSCAR....Really ? For info, I had no problems using my £40 voucher to double up £5 from it to make £10. So I will be getting £35 returned to me in clubcard vouchers when the next posting of vouchers happens.:j:j:)Have a beer! :beer:0 -

Yes, I was surprised to read this in the latest terms and conditions as I have done this before with no problems.
Hopefully, they will still continue to let this be done but I expect if someone does it continually they may then refuse to let them do it and are covered by the t&cs.
They also have a change in the latest T&cs that they will not accept returns of reward tokens exchanged after aug 13th 2012. (They used to let you return in date and unused tokens and have the points put back on your card.)0 -
Its a good job I printed my xmas clubcard and xmas savers vouchers at home because i still havent received my november statement in the post0
