Promotional coupons do not go out to everyone all the time.
You won't be the only one, some people (like me) may get product coupons but no conditional spend vouchers.
While others may also get the conditional spend vouchers - but hey its more than they normally spend, well it would be -it's to encourage more spending!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Is anyone else a bit frustrated with the Toy exchange? The good stuff if out of stock, The Jake and the Neverland Pirates stuff was all on the exchange initially, then went out of stock, then since it is reappeared is no longer on the exchange... There's not much in stock thats any good for my kiddies, and have quite a lot of coupons left to use... Hmmm a lesson learnt for next year I think!!0

Yes, totally fed up with it. I posted on Tesco FB page about it as everything goes out of stock while you wait for your vouchers to come through, I set up stock alerts but 2 of the items have now been discontinued so got from Argos on 3 for 2 deal instead.
I don't see why you can't use the double up vouchers both instore and online. You can use the normal money off vouchers on both so they have the technology to print them that way.
Frustrating as the bits I want are instore but no longer in stock online, bet if they do come back in I will have panic bought something else by then and spent all my vouchers anyway!0 -
You could always buy stuff then exchange it in store when what you originally wanted comes back?Bump due 22nd September0

grrrr exchanged £40 for wrong department, I exchanged them for electrical and wanted clothes.... any ideas?0

Need some advise please.
I have £40 of clubcard vouchers that expire on 31/12/12.
I want to use them to get some TV and audio equipment if and when that dept comes into the double up offers next year.
If I use the £40 voucher to get £10 of wine, will Tesco give me a new £35 voucher with a revised expiry date ?
If anyone could advise, it would be much appreciated.:)Have a beer! :beer:0 -
Grr. Went down to pick up item which should have been there yesterday. It's not there. Wasted trip. Grr. X0

If you have one £40.00 voucher and convert £5.00 of that into an Exchange Voucher e.g Finest Wine, then yes the balance will go back into change for the next period.
But if it is made up of smaller denominations - no.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Although Tesco if they think this is being done to extend the life of the voucher may refuse, as in their t&cs.
"redeeming Clubcard vouchers for the sole purpose of extending the life of the Clubcard points by submitting vouchers where the value of the reward would give a refund of more than 50% in points change".0 -
I'm confused by how this works and I can't figure it out:o
I have £30 to spend in vouchers, have exchanged them to spend online, so that's the total to spend. I want to buy 2 items, but one is out of stock.
Am I right in thinking, if I order 1 item, I would lose the other £13 for now and then get it back to my clubcard account? So, I have to wait for both to come in. Or, do you order and the exact amount left remains?
Sorry if this is really basic, I just don't want to lose my exchanged vouchers so best to ask, thanks.0
