I have £30 to spend in vouchers, have exchanged them to spend online, so that's the total to spend. I want to buy 2 items, but one is out of stock.
Am I right in thinking, if I order 1 item, I would lose the other £13 for now and then get it back to my clubcard account? So, I have to wait for both to come in. Or, do you order and the exact amount left remains?
Sorry if this is really basic, I just don't want to lose my exchanged vouchers so best to ask, thanks.
"Can I get change when spending my Exchange tokens?
No, the value of the items you buy with your Exchange tokens must be equal to or exceed the value of the Exchange tokens after any discounts have been applied"0 -
Thanks for that. I was getting confused because they were in £5 amounts initially, I think.0

I ordered something last Thursday to be delivered to store on Friday - when I rung the store Friday evening to find if it had been delivered I was told everything is being delayed by about 24 hours. Checked my order online Saturday evening and it still said "waiting to be dispatched" I then contacted Tesco via their FB page (gave up trying to phone them direct) and was told my order had been cancelled  I then get an email Sunday morning to say my order has been delivered!! When I went to pick it up the poor Tesco employee said she was sick to death with Tesco Direct at the moment - apparently they changed their computer system about 2 weeks before the double up scheme started and it's been nothing but trouble ever since. Even the stores themselves can't contact customer services!0 -
nightmare on trying to spend my vouchers on line for a christmas tree. Got my vouchers within three hours could not use on my laptop so rang direct was on the phone nearly an hour trying to sort it out they took the full amount out of my bank saying the system was new and it not taking the vouchers refunded me the amount for tree said they will send me an e voucher im still waiting 4 days later:mad::mad: but one good thing they refunded me £5 for the phone call
Very similar to what happened to us. We were stood at the desk in store for an hour and a half trying to sort it out. They gave us a gift card instead, which had to be used online, we've ordered the tree which was supposed to be available to collect from Monday, but it still says it's not there.
Absolute nightmare. We'll never get this tree!
The annoying thing is there are loads of the very tree sitting there on the shelf, but we can't have one of them. Insane.:rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0 -

Have you tried to use it in store?
I cannot see how they can produce a gift card that can only be used on line.0 -
Yeah, we asked before using it but apparently it was only good for online. (They emailed it to us, it was just a long code number.)
It's just been such a massive hassle.

My daughter has asked for the giants starter pack on the wii, so i go online first thing as i saw 'skylanders' on the 'whats in list', i scrol down and see the starter pack for the ds and the x-box, both are o n the exchange deal and then i find the wii started pack and its not included.
I have e-mailed customer services but so far have had no reply.
Seems unfair that the other starter packs are included but not the one for the wii.
I've successfully used my vouchers doubled this week for the skylanders wii starter pack, says its not included but the vouchers still work at the checkout. It arrived today! Was told in store it wasn't included so been waiting for it to come back in stock online.0 -
Hi guys, my mum has £25 worth of clubcard vouchers and I want to double them up to get this worth £44.50. Is that possible or are you only allowed to use one £10 off and thats it? Basically if I doubled up and got £50 worth of vouchers for the toys section could they all go on this and a little something else?
Thanks a lot!

Need some advise please.
I have £40 of clubcard vouchers that expire on 31/12/12.
I want to use them to get some TV and audio equipment if and when that dept comes into the double up offers next year.
If I use the £40 voucher to get £10 of wine, will Tesco give me a new £35 voucher with a revised expiry date ?
If anyone could advise, it would be much appreciated.
If you ring them up and tell them you have lost them they will credit the lot on your next voucher date.:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

What a stressful fiasco this Clubcard Promotion is. On immediately receiving my vouchers(start of Nov) I checked what I wanted (toys) were in the promotion and exchanged quick ! Waited for the Ecoupons to come through and Guess what ? The toys are out of stock and have been since I got my Ecoupons. Not only that - 3 of the 4 toys now are not included in the Exchange but were when I doubled up my vouchers!?? What !?? Not only are the items still not in stock (I check regular and have stock alerts !) the prices have changed several times on all items. One item has increased by £10 since my stock alert and intention to purchase ! So I am left with vouchers and no stock!?? . It is great I have the vouchers but I did spent alot with them, in the first place, but my toys are cheaper and in stock elsewhere! To top it off I Emailed Tesco regarding these issues and got an automated response of possible questions and answers !? Not what I asked and contacted them for ! ! if that automated email does not answer my query I now have to phone them ! ! Argghhhh ! Mr Tesco you are losing customers.0
