Yes, you can not spend under the exchange voucher value. Moreover that values would be after any other vouchrs/coupons/promotions you may have.

Hi was this the new Giants one, or the original spyro? I can see that the exchnage icon is on the Giants one but on the Spyro one on the website, but if you managed to get the original starter pack instore I may give it a go :D

    Many thanks

I bought one of the Giant Skylander figures tonight (£14.50). I asked before I exchaanged my clubcard voucher and was told they would not accept it. Said I'd seen it on the website but they were adamant. Think I'll phone customer services tomorrow.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

for food would take it in and just hand them in at the till, but frozen food is on the double up atm so could take the vouchers to the exchange desk and swap for double.
  • Cant you use a £10 off £50 coupon on Tesco Direct with doubled up vouchers? Have £63 worth of toys in my basket and trying to use £50 of doubled up vouchers and £10 off £50 but it wont apply the clubcard vouchers as well as the money off? Thanks. x

They've been running these promotions for a while now.
So why is it such a shambles?

Found a good deal in toys.
Went to exchange a clubcard voucher. Took me about 10 attempts to get the exchange webpage to actually work. Now I'm waiting (30mins so far) for my code to be emailed to me.. by which time, the toy will probably be sold out.

Why not just get the Tesco Direct checkout to double the value of the clubcard vouchers when you input them?

Everytime I shop at Tesco Direct it ends up being a stressful pain in the backside :(

I know it's a silly question, and i have read the full terms and conditions, but has anyone been able to take back their double up vouchers for their clubcard points? I doubled up online stupidly before going instore as i had 1 £10 voucher which had to be split into 2 departments, but when i went instore to buy the toy i found it was £7 dearer! In the end the toy came back in stock online and i exchanged my last £5 voucher to get it, but now i'm down 1 exchange which i would of swapped for christmas decorations.

Just called customer services and they told me to go instore and see what they say, but has anyone managed to get theirs swapped back? Thanks

Exchanged our vouchers for frozen food vouchers (£20) and spent themlast night.

We bought a 5.2k turkey (serves up to 12 people) a simply cook ham joint at £5 and a simply cook medium lamb leg £5.50 (reduced from £11) Paid a total of £5.50.

That's us sorted for Christmas (and well into the new year as there's only 2 of us lol)! Very happy.

Buy Anythiing to the value of your voucher in the dept it for. then just return it, use the refund to rebuy what you actually want?
