Does anybody know if I can go into store and exchange for clubcard vouchers for the itunes or do I have to do it online?

You have to apply for it on line and they will post it to you.

You then have to take it to a store to exchange for the gift card.

You cannot get the voucher in store.
  • Got 3 pairs of pyjamas and a t-shirt for £1.50, happy days:money:
  • How can you get banned for having someone's receipt that they have CHOSEN to leave behind and NOT CLAIM the points they could have????

as it's against the terms and conditions...

however as long as you stay under the radar and operate multiple accounts and make sure you don't womble too many points it's okay :)

you should try it NCNP :) easy. I was leaving Mr T yesterday and picked up 134 pointer :T:T will add them on soon.
  • cant figure out how if this leaves me without my coupons now. i ordered 2 items at £10 and a£6.95 Item. Exchanged 2 £5 voucher got Code for £10, Used these to pay the £20 and I paid the £6.97. I got an Email to say the 2 Items at £10 out of Stock and a refund of £6.95 issued and the other item at £6.97 is dispatched. How Can a refund of £6.95 be right? Does my 2 £10 Coupons still be usable? Anyone any experience on this

This is why Tescos introduced a limit of how many receipts you can take to the customer service desk on a day, they now also have to cross out the bar code as they had people going through their rubbish to use them again.
Personally whenever I can I use the self service tills and always looks for receipts that have points available on them. Typically I will leave the 1 or 2 point ones in favour of those with higher values. They even have a bin between the tills where the staff throw them when customers dont take them and I always have a quick glance in there.
If you saw 50p you would pick it up so why not a 50 point receipt.

  • I just exchanged £5 of vouchers for £10 to spend on clothing in store.

In the terms on the voucher it states,

"You must spend at least £10 in the department after any discount in one transaction."

I find the wording of this quite confusing. Does it mean I have to buy goods to the value of at least £20 to use the £10 voucher (paying the extra on top), or does it mean I have to buy goods to the value of at least £10?

    To the value of £10.
  • So does it really mean before any discount, not after?

You just buy whatever clothes you want which comes to a value of £10 then you use your voucher and you will owe nothing. Or you could buy what clothes you fancy and say it comes to a subtotal of £15 you would then have to pay £5. Hth.
