  • Never exchanged before, so after a little bit of advice. My DD is after a blackberry for xmas and I have enough CC vouchers to double up and get this for free. Problem being, DD might change her mind in what she wants off Santa before Christmas, as she often does, what happens if I buy it now. How long do I have to return it for a refund, what do I get refunded, cash, gift card or CC points. Am I best doing this in store or online. Thanks in advance for any help.

  • Can you mix and match departments? For example, I've got 2 £5 vouchers. If I spent £8 in clothing, could I then spend the rest of the money on toys?

I was under the impression that you had to specify the department, but haven't changed mine yet, so not 100%
