Bonnie, I hope your salary comes through and that they haven't been b@@@@@ds because you were sick. I do hope today went well

Thank you x Wages were in my account by 10.30 :) It wasn't just me, it was a company-wide "glitch"which affected all staff around the country. Some staff were paid on a lower rate of pay though  so they still have money owing...

My list not looking too good :o and I'm working all day again :o I intend to supervise and delegate today from the relative comfort of a chair as my back is really aching.

I hope the poorly people are on the mend and everyone has a good day. Special :happyhear to bossy and the moos xxx

    Morning all

OH treated me last night and we went and saw Skyfall, then we got a take away on the way home, started to unpack said takeaway but it was not our stuff, similar but not ours, I said I would drive it back, OH said no as we had to wait 40 mins for it, so it got eaten, and left overs for lunch today.

    Daily stuff done

Managed to get half empty business rates for my office half that I don't use, from the local council, so well chuffed with that, very MSE, and it turned out to be quite simple, after folk on my industrial estate telling me it would take ages and load of paper work etc. I was dreading it and the 'officialdom' with it, but one letter, one diagram, one email later, and a letter from them, job done. I am sure there must be a catch somewhere, (watch this spot!)

    Have a good day x

Morning all. Will be just the dailies for me before the paid stuff today as I've spent too long on here already. Will see what I can catch up with later. Right, better get dressed and walk those dogs.

    Have a good day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.

Oh daar skintbreeder. You sound rather fed up.

DS2 left most his dinner then ate 2 muller yogurts and half a packet of Choc digestives. DS1 came in at 10, I cooked his pork chop and he left it claiming it was too pink! The cat was delighted and he is hungry. I need to get a padlock for my fridge!

2 baskets of ironing done. Taking the 2 youngest to work with me tomorrow. Deep breath!!!!

Your family sounds just like mine! Frustrating isn't it?

Have just about cracked the washing and ironing! DD2's b/f has cancelled for the third time in a week and I could seriously do him some harm - he has ruined her half term.... and by association mine too!

Pinch and a punch for the first of the month

    Morning all

Feel very lucky with my boys, they don't fridge or freezer raid, and are good about asking before eating things.

    Plan fo today
    Pack Halloween stuff away
    HH in DH office
    Take DS2&3 to the shops
    Friend's for coffee later
    Governor emails etc
    Move some money about

Doing a HH now, then shower and waking kids up

  • Good morning :D

Got woken up by the rain last night as it was coming straight at our bedroom windows. Hopefully it has washed away some of the mud left over from our water leak repair :)

I am up up, bathed, cleaned toilet, bath & sink after I got out. WM on with towels, etc. I have had breakfast & checked emails/bank accounts. We have an appointment at the bank tomorrow morning, so hopefully we will have a new cheap mortgage soon :) (not that the one we have is that expensive :o).

Today I need to go shopping, get some petrol & walk the dog. I will need to do the shopping/petrol before the dog, as I am running on fumes :( Maybe I should do that soon.
I also need to break the back of this essay, as it is getting me down, and I don't feel I can get stuck in to anything else until it is done :( We are planning to have family over on Saturday evening for fireworks, etc and I may go to a dear friends on Sunday night. It would have been her sons 27th birthday, and we always gather at hers. He was killed in Afganistan in 2007.
I am running out of time!!:eek::eek:

    Ok - and breathe :o
I think I will make a shopping list..... (more procrastination!!)

Hugs to those that need them, esp SkintBreeder
