    Happy Halloween
    Morning lovelies! :D Boo!
Decorated the house for Halloween, did most last night with DD1 and finished off this morning, just the Pumpkin to carve then were all set. DW has been unloaded and reloaded, the humungous pile of ironing that was plotting to take over the world in the DR has been seperated into individual piles, now don't know what to do with them but they're not getting ironed today.
Had a shower, made my bed, kids still in theirs, tidied LR and cleaned the kitchen. .......again! DD1 coming at dinner time to spend the rest of the day with us (family tradition on Halloween) think we're going to nip to the shops for cakes and sarnie stuff then whinging it the rest of the time.
Corned Beef Hash ready to prep for the SC and small buffet to go with it for tea tonight (also tradition) ghostie films found Hocus Pocus, Blackbeards Ghost, Poltergeist and if it's on, Halloweentown.
Special thoughts to Bossymoo and the Moos *hugs* xxx
Have a great day folks xx

Well after a lovely day out with OH yesterday which meany I did nothing in the house (much better idea to mooch round the shops in the Costwolds!!) I am at home today (although going out to lunch shortly!!)

So this afternoon I plan to

WM & TD a few times until I have caught up
    Hoover downstairs
get out my sewing machine and shorten a pair of curtains and a pair of trousers!
tidy a drawer in the cabinet (doing them 1 at a time)
sort out books to take to the charity shop
    go to the post office
    take OH to comet
go to IKEA for a bookcase

hmm, looks a lot written down, shall see how far I get...lunch awaits

    xxx:rotfl:
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

  • had a quick fly around the living room after getting DS to nursery, 2 loads in WM and stood over DD3 while she loaded the DW after the chocolate cake debacle from yesterday.:D:D:D

Still can't eat properly :(, inhaled some porridge, took more painkillers put myself down for a nap for an hour. Just enough time for a quick shower and get DS from nursery. Thought I would have a quick check in on the list before my DIY helper appears to sort out my pipework, so I might get cracking on the bathrooms before the water gets turned off......

    Will check in again later........
The cold never bothered me anyway
