Well, downstairs is looking a lot better. Main bedroom is looking ok, just needs a quick polish and hoover. I also want to put away DD's Christening gifts that have been on her shelf for 9 years. She will be 10 this year and has outgrow Peter Rabbit and Winnie the Pooh!! I still have the boxes for them all so will box them up ready for more age appropriate stuff.
I have told OH I want to reshuffle her room and get it painted, so the shelves will come down and be put somewhere else. DD is away at Brownie camp later this month so we are hoping to do it then.

Just having 5 mins now, then on with the ironing..........

Jo, does your dosing thing live on the bottle or in the box? Have you checked there, or the bin.......I've found mine in the utensil jar before???????

I found it.... under the fridge!! It must have shot out when I took the washing out of the machine...!

Unfortunately it doesnt live on the bottle - I bought the Ar!el liquid last time it was on offer and for whatever insane reason, the big bottle doesnt have a bit for it to clip onto and live... the smaller bottle does though! *confused*

Anyway... kitchen is bootiful and my ironing basket is empty :D

  • OMG! Look at the time! Where has the day gone?

I have been food shopping (and got petrol). It takes ages, and costs lots :( Then had a quick lunch, and took the dog out. that also takes a while. Other than that, I have filled & emptied the TD.

Just having a cuppa (and some chocolate suggestive biscuits :)) then I will set myself up for some studying - honest!!

THE GOAL IS TO HAVE NO DEBT BY THE END OF 2016
  • Well, my hour's study didn't quite work out that way. I was reading for about 15 minutes, then fell asleep for about 20 minutes :o Reading usually has that effect on me, which is why I am struggling so much :( I have done a bit more since. I have now done 720 words - 1280 to go.

DH is home and cooking dinner :T He now has to go to London tomorrow, so he has rearranged our meeting with the bank for next week :( I was hoping to get that sorted sooner rather than later. He has booked the day off, so he shouldn't have to rearrange again.

Ok - back to the books! (It would be easier if it were books, and not reading from a screen all the time!!)

    Hi all,

Been keeping myself busy here, and as usual, the anticipation is worse than the deed. Although i do feel a bit "november? How is it november?" (last november was an absolute bag of sh!te for us), all is well in bossyland, apart from the tots pinching towels out of the underbed drawers and running away with them.

We stayed at my mums last night, and was quite a late night, so am hoping they'll have an early night, and a peaceful one.

Only around for the mornings this weekend as its party central around here... Been wrapping lots of presents for four year olds today.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts, you guys are great! :hugs:
