Morning all. All the housework done this week, though not necessarily in the "right" order. Pouring with rain again, even had some sleet just now, so washing draped round the house.

I'm back, as promised ish (I did say the 1st, sorry)
My house is now an absolute poo tip thanks to missing out on Flylady but well I'm almost recovered from being unwell and need to do something. Business is keeping me too busy but I've jacked in the studying for a while.

Ok.....it's pouring down, I should do the kitchen first but in true FL style I'll do the kids rooms as I must find all their things for Monday back to school!!

Hugs for all my lovely friends xxxxxx
One day I might be more organised...........

Dog has had his bath and I bought DD a new duvet set, she wanted the spare double duvet instead of the single........was lots of fun putting that on a single cabin bed!!!!

That is all I've done so far!!!!
I have a banging headache to go with my cold and chesty cough so going to take some painkillers, have a cold drink and try and get on.........xx

I did the ironing!!! Only took about 20 mins when I got round to it( reminds me of a plate my Aunt has in her kitchen.....)

..........feels good not to have an ironing basket!! Don't know how long it will last though!!!

can't copy the image but I'm sure someone knows what I mean...A round tuit!!!
This web page shows the same one Mr LW has on his desk.:D

Well done on shifting the ironing.... but *scratches head* isn't that one of the things we have DH's for?:rotfl:
found out why police were over the road the other day, some scummy git let themselves in and took ladys handbag carkeys etc from kitchen, managed to get £500 out of her account by drawing either side of midnight she knows her pin nuber wasnt with it so can only assume someone saw her use the card and spotted the pin and targeted her:eek::mad: lesson to us all please remember to lock your doors even when you are in (she was in the house watching tv while this was happening)
How awful! I always keep the doors locked; and the back gate is also padlocked; even with a hearing aid, I wouldn't like to guarantee hearing someone come in.:(
Have stocked up with tissues - DD2's first big romance is struggling - you could sail a boat on the tears we've had this week.....
    Oh dear, poor lass.:(

I've had to put my fingerless neoprene gloves on today, because my hands are so painful. At least it's dry and sunny today though; and the lake that the field had turned into has subsided somewhat; it was dreadful yesterday, but it's just the bottom bit that's still flooded today.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I would echo the thing about keeping doors locked - and an alarm, which sounds when the door is opened is also an excellent idea. I had my bag snatched from the house 5 days before Christmas a few years back.
    PITA to cancel everything.

Got windows open, washing (bedding) on line blowing in the breeze.

    Been ever so busy

I am now showered. I have stripped the beds, washed the bedding and remade my bed and DS's bed. Have now closed the windows as it will be going dark soon but the house is fresh and dry.

Have also been over the front and back with a trowel and a carrier. ewww.
