Managed to get a bit done in the front veg patch this afternoon which was quite satisfying.

Going to hoover the LR in a minute and then get the dinner cooking.

ironing mountain climbed! All clothing back in relevant bedrooms!

OH will have heart failure - I have put the ironing board down!

Sadly it is now hosing down!

My ironing is done too. Lovely day here today so was able to get the bedding dry on the line, but as I'm close to CY its raining here now too.

Going to waste some time on here now till DH gets in. Dinner is prepared and just needs heating through.

Bought a sack of potatoes earlier from the farm shop - risen £3 from year year and expected to go up by another £3 by the end of winter.

Dinner cooking, stair hoovering next.

Evening!

Decluttered some hm Parkin this aft at my aunties house. We have organised Xmas, put the world to rights and drunk tea. The little moos had a ball. Youngest kissing the doggies (all 5 of them :eek:) and both enjoying sitting round her huge table with us all eating pie and peas together. Good family times.

Stuck in traffic coming home, so straight upstairs for the pyjama dance...

Nothing done here today since this afternoon. DD has gone to stay at DSD's and ahe is satying at my Mum's tomorrow..............will try and get a start on her shelves tomorrow while she's not here.............round tuit needed again!!!

I'm having a chill out evening with telly and laptop!!! A lot of HHme time all in one!!!!

I am determined to take motivation from you fantasticly organised ladies! maybe i will join this in a few weeks.

I have recently had a big clear out, got a few bags to take to the charity shop. Is it worth taking these to the 'cash for clothes' places??

Really need to get ironing done and put clothes away, change the bedding and hoover... oh dear I wish I hadnt started to think about my to do list!!

Had a busy busy day flying, but not really got much off the list

Still have no floorboards, although I now have the wood to be laid tomorrow and now I have no pump on the hot water......took 45 minutes to run a bath earlier before friends arrived

Re-polished glass doors as they looked a little smeary in gleaming sunshine streaming through windows this morning

scrubbed oven shelves, doors and polished stainless steel doors
washed bathroom cupboard doors, shower and bath panel
sorted shoe cupboard in porch - slung out shoes too worn out for charity shop, bagged up kids shoes for loft - shoe deoderant sprayed in every pair
hoovered porch
watered plants
scrubbed skirting boards in hallway
quickly scrubbed DS grubby marks and welly boot prints from downstairs carpets and curtains
washed mantlepiece
cleaned TV
mopped kitchen floor
mopped bathroom floor
spot cleaned kitchen cupboard doors and windows
washed out squash and drinks cupboard
wiped over all radiators
wiped downstairs windowsills
polished lightswitches and sockets
made beds
hot-spotted mantelpiece
took some stuff out to shed for long term storage
WM x2
wiped kitchen ceiling roses and pendants for fly-spots


In DD2 room again tonight - hopefully I will be back in my room tomorrow night, so I can strip her room and get on with today's list and then will check over the weekly list to see what I have missed......DIY needs to be done, but this is the first time ever, that I have kept pace with housework as it happens, feels good :j

Good morning all xx

I'm hoping to get the lists finished today so I can have a relaxing day tomorrow before going back to work/school on Monday. All uniforms(DD's and mine) are all washed and ironed ready so that's one thing I don't have to worry about.
I have had a reply from freecycle about the car boot stuff I listed so I'm hoping thet will be collected today (they are in the car at the mo as I was taking them to the charity shop yesterday but couldn't park anywhere near the shop). I will also have a quick look in DD's room while cleaning in there to see if I can add to the piles.
