    oh no!! If I cant go out or be entertained now I cant have takeaway either...sulks...we only have it twice a month - usually a weekend treat! No NOvember is already killing me and we have not yet started!

    think of your waistline at the end of November ha ha

    Also maybe try to think of this as the end of the world type belt tightening that needs to be done to get things back on track, if you have to suffer a little on the way, just think of the treat you can give yourself at the end of it all :D
