Because if it was my 17 year old son, that you was accusing, i would have hoped that you would have come to me 1st, and let me try and sort things out, before you told his next in command, who probably told the whole batallion.....sp..............and then everyone else knew..............and by now the lad is probably being called all the names under the sun.................as some have called him on here.

1st port of call should have been the parents.

Hmm. I don't know about cadets or airforce, but the army and ta seem to bed Swap all the way up the chain of command so in some services this lesson doesn't seem to be translated any where ipn the chain of command!

Of interest, I came across something the other day which said the Queen first met Prince Phillip when she was 13, he is over 4 years older than her.

It made me think of this thread.
