Did my last two booked mystery shops today. One of them was absolutely shocking, the girl practically shoved me back out the door  That was a bleak questionnaire to fill in :rotfl:DFW Nerd #104 I :heartpuls my Kitten

I had to spend in 2 shops today, £250 and £50 respectively in both instances the money flew off my bank card no probs, however 30 mins later when they both tried to credit my bank account with the refund HUGE PROBLEMS, which ended in the one store phoning my bank to see if the card was stolen.
Eventually, it was sorted but it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be !! in the 30 mins that I had the items I was super worried that they would get nicked in the busy shopping centre.

I had two very pleasant MSs today. Very good service in both stores, and glowing reports for both. I like it when people do well in my reports.
Only thing is, I had to enquire about a very expensive item without buying it, but really really wanted to buy it! :rotfl:0 -
I had to buy an item retailing at £250 and then take it back later and get a refund .............. shame as it looked so pretty on my wrist - really wanted to keep it.
supposed to have one soon but it's around 1 hour journey round trip for an hour's job so think I will cancel it as after diesel etc I will make pennies on it; and for me it's also about my time which is also very limited but also precious.

Sounds like we were doing the same MS, Welshy, only for some reason I didn't have to buy anything. (Either that or I read the instructions wrong!)
