    Quick question please!

I've just got back from mystery shopping a very famous mobile phone supplier.

I'm a bit worried as they said that you start being charged for line rental the moment you complete the paperwork! Now, I was told that I should return the phone within 7 days, but will return it tomorrow! What does anyone think would happen if I were charged for 24 hours of line rental? Would the mystery shopping company reimburse? Their closed now, so can't ask them!
Anyone  Even if no one knows, it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge my post! Aaah well.

Your final two answers are subjective.

    (Sorry, a rather old post)

I really don't think MS companies mind about subjective answers. They are trying to capture the customer experience. If people react subjectively to an experience, it will affect the way they think about the retailer - so subjective experiences and reports are valuable to the client!!! I think they have the sense to evaluate when people are being abnormal in their subjective responses, and when they are being natural (perhaps I'm being naive, or over-psychological, in this belief.

Sorry I don't know the answer to this, and good luck with sorting it out tomorrow..... (I think MS companies are usually good at sorting things like this out, if that's any consolation :D )

awww Charlene - sorry no one answered or even acknowledged your post.

I don't know the definite answer to your question but I would expect the mystery shopping company to reimburse me if the phone company did make a charge.

I know it's not much help when the mystery shopping company is closed but they are the only people who can tell you definitely. Let us know how you get on.

Sorry Charlene - I've never done a mobile job that involved a purchase, as I don't want to be credit checked.

I've done reveal ones but not for TNS. It was targetting "chuggers" so you had to wander past until you got caught, go through the sales and sign up process then reveal yourself right at the end and ask for the paperwork to stop it being processed. It was generally ok, apart from one woman who had stood there for a few hours and she was so excited as I was the first person to speak to her. Her face fell when I told her who I was - poor thing!

Another lady was really excited though and said they got a shopping voucher for a good mystery shop report. As she was good at her job, she said she was looking forward to getting her voucher! It's nice to know good service gets rewarded.
Here I go again on my own....

Has anyone else had problems with GAP and trying to fax through receipts.
My scanner has expired and I've tried taking a photo as they suggested (of the receipt) that's totally unreadable.

So, I printed off the form on which to fax and spent most of the weekend and all day Monday trying to send this rotten fax.
I emailed them on Monday night, but no reply as yet.
I've now got another receipt to go and one more tomorrow.

HELP......it's my first jobs for them as well.....don't have these sort of problems with GR

Yes, i find gap a pain with reciepts but if you have a reasonably new computer the photo/picture program that you have on it should be able to resize it for you . If not there are websites that resize documents photos. Have a look on your computer and if not post back and if no one remembers where it is i will look for site for you(i used to use it & it was very good).
    I think this is it.http://mypictr.com/
