can I ask a stupid question please?
If I do a reveal at the point of sale one how do the sales staff react?
how do you feel - i'm worried that I'll feel bad cos sales staff spend time with me but wont get commission etc. when they could have been with someone else earning commission.
and If its close to home does that mean I'll get a bad name - ie people wont want to serve me in future cos they think i'm MS ing when I actually want to purchase - or will I get a better service, which is another thought.
dont know ehther to accept reveal ones or not. hmm.

i was aprehensive but its fine, once you have revealed its not like you hang about lol
in the retail sector it plays a big part in determining whether customer service training is working etc so dont worry that you are "wasting" their time
they know they are going to be shopped once a month
they should worry about it not you
go for it0 -
thanks rachie b
I've signed up for 2, though no doubt I 'll be a bit nervous about them at first.
Got to get used to them I suppose, and once you've done one I suppose it will get easier.
I have to say I used to do MS ing in the 1990's and it wasnt half as much fun as it is now. Maybe because I dont feel so isolated as I did then because of you guys.
A big thanks to everyone, for your support,
and thanks becles I registered with that site
and I still cant get onto gapbuster - and I just cant understand why my computer doesnt want me to. HOw strange lol

did you get a reply to the email you sent them ?
is there another PC you could use ? friend / relative / work etc just to check ?0 -
Quick question please!
I've just got back from mystery shopping a very famous mobile phone supplier.
I'm a bit worried as they said that you start being charged for line rental the moment you complete the paperwork! Now, I was told that I should return the phone within 7 days, but will return it tomorrow! What does anyone think would happen if I were charged for 24 hours of line rental? Would the mystery shopping company reimburse? Their closed now, so can't ask them!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -

As Rachie very rightly said, it's them that should be worried, not you. People will be thinking about themselves and their performance, not you.
As for the future, they might not remember you (they get shopped so often, and by different people), and chances are it will be a different staff member, and even if they do recognise you, I reckon you'll get great service.0 -
Almost forgot - new pub visits on RE now0
