  • I can't get on RE's website either.....

Apart from TNS everywhere else seems fairly quiet to me.

I'd love to put that into a questionnaire! :rotfl:

I put worse in a questionnaire.

It was a down market shop selling second hand goods. Part of the scenario was to buy a small item to test the till process. I went to the till and there was nobody working on it, but a young man was standing close by talking to his charva friends. I stood for a minute or so, but he made no effort to serve me, so I had to say "excuse me, but can I pay for this?".

He made a comment I didn't hear to his friends and rolled his eyes, before coming over. While my transaction was being processed his friends were slagging me off, calling me terrible names and using the F word and C word

The young man rushed off at the end of the transaction to get back to his coversation, but hadn't given me a receipt, so I had to call him back to print one for me. That generated some more swear words and name calling from his friends

I wrote it all down word for word in the report, but I did put an apology and explanation on the end. I thought it was important for management to realise the extent of the bad language and why I was so offended by the comments these people made.
Here I go again on my own....

    OMG that's terrible

Bet it felt good to write your report though, knowing that it's all going to come back and bite him in the bum :rotfl:
