I agree - don't have a scanner though! Put your floaty papers in a file, along with details of assignments and payments.

Have you made a note of what you spent somewhere?

As long as you have the figures to add up, don't worry about missing reciepts. Do keep copies of future ones just in case!

The tax man doesn't usually want to see them - they're just interested in the numbers you put on the tax return. It's only if you get investigated for some reason, that they may require to see them.

yes i record fees / mileage / expenditure etc for every assignment i have done.
I also have all the receipts that werent required to be sent off.

I was just thinking, the only receipts I've had to send off have been TNS supermarket ones, but I have TNS payslips where the expenses are listed anyway, so we have a record of everything anyway then

i also had to send off some for frontline focus too and dont get pay slips from them

Just a quick question about Retail Eyes.

I have done 2 reports and both times I have scanned my receipts in, do I still need to send them by post or by email?

I have earned since July of this year from ms £40. However I have only found out recently about registeirng se. If I decide not to do anymore ms can I tell the Inland Revenue at end of tax year I have earned £40.00 and they just bill me for the tax due. I only did it for some fun as I could easily do extra hours at my full time job at not have to bother with the tax situaiton.

Dismay!

Had a mystery shopping sunday lunch with TNS today but when I got there the place was totally shut for refurbishment. Went elsewhere for lunch as I'd nothing in at home and we'd gone out specially. Does anyone know what happens in this case? will I get my travel expenses at least? I feel a bit aggrieved cos I've spent money on lunch that I wouldn't have done if I hadn't been going out to do mystery shopping.

this happened to us a month or so ago !! i was paid for the whole thing ! all the expenses for food , even though id not eaten / drank there plus the mileage
