Would you please be able to let me know what you have to put on the MCOL form when it says Reference Details.Nobody seems to be getting back to me so Im hoping that you can help.
Thanks In Advance0 -
just recived a letter from capital one saying that a cheque will be in the post in the next 14 days. They asking me to tell the court that they have payed me , they also send a letter to the court telling that they have payed me. Shall I trust them? or is better that I wait for the cheque to be in my hands?does anybody know how long I have to notify the court . Are they suppose to refund the court cost ?(50.00) thank you0

we left that section blank as the details are the same as the address.Service Address for sending documents and payments* (required if different from above)0

this is good to hear... Did you not send any letters at all?
I've just sent the lba to capital after they offered £65 on a closed account... apparently they have refunded this but to a closed account so not much good for me!!! but did mention in the letter that I would need a cheque and that I accept only as a partial offer!

Thank you for getting back to me.
Would you be able to let me know that even though I have typed in the Particulars Of Claim from what Martin has on his example do I still have to put the part that pops up in the window on the MCOL form about:
The Claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 etc etc..?
Any Advice.0 -
No,because its already in the worded template,at the beginning of this thread.
And if you do try to add it,you will be over the character limit.0 -

Wow... you even offered a deduction of £100, which they could have done!! I'm wondering if that's because the system is so fragmented that no one talks to each other or bother to actually read the whole letter you sent!!
cool.... well done
I've just got offered £67, and they said they have refunded it to my account which ended over a year ago!
the letter I sent back today says yes to partial offer only but will commence court proceedings in 7 days time!!
