    ok guys thanks. Just wait and see what the FO come back with first. Taking forever! Had a letter saying they have asked Crap1 to either make an offer or justify. Don't hold your breathe. Keep you updated!

    I have an offer coming from Cap1 through the FOS for £262. I believe my claim is for £513! I want the full amount but dont want to mess the FOS around.Would I have a good chance of getting it or do I take the money! Advice please!!!:cool:

    What haven't they replied to the Acknowledgement of Service or entering a defence? The start button requests judgement. You may find that the case will be stayed pending the OFT Test Case.

    All claims issued via MCOL will be automatically stayed once a defence has been lodged.

    If no defence is filed you can still go for judgment by default.

    Well they shouldn't because credit cards have nothing to do with the test case.
