I have an offer coming from Cap1 through the FOS for £262. I believe my claim is for £513! I want the full amount but dont want to mess the FOS around.Would I have a good chance of getting it or do I take the money! Advice please!!!:cool:0

What haven't they replied to the Acknowledgement of Service or entering a defence? The start button requests judgement. You may find that the case will be stayed pending the OFT Test Case.0 -
All claims issued via MCOL will be automatically stayed once a defence has been lodged.
If no defence is filed you can still go for judgment by default.0 -
