Cap1 will never settle just from your letters - so be prepared from the start to either take it to the FO or to court. Either they will buckle eventually. Good luck.0

Hi Pam and Jill
To be honest i didnt know whether i did it right too.lol I kept thinking have i done it right but i must off otherwise i wouldnt get my money back off them.
I just used the calculater that is provided in this website it is quite simple if i can do it then it must be. Can i just ask though if they have defended the claim but also offerd me my money what do i do now? If anything!! They said something in there letter about telling the court how do i do that?
Thanks again guys this thread has been an amazing support thoughout this claim and it is great when you hear people winning it spurs you on...
Beckie
Hi again Beckie - you'll find that they will have written to the Court to say they are paying up. You'll get a letter from Northampton CC and a form to fill in to say that your claim's been settled.
