Contact the designer direct, they may be holding your gown and then you might not have to pay twice.0 -
Does anyone know of a contact for Sophia Tolli gowns? Can't find a contact number or address on their website. Bridal Gallery Group supposedly ordered mine in July when I paid £600 deposit which included my tiara and veil. Heard nothing other than the generic email.0

Cannot post e-mail addresses here but if you google Mon Cheri Bridal you will find an e-mail address under contact us. You can also get the same e-mail address from the Sophia Tolli website by clicking on contact us. If you still cannot find it send a message through Venus Bridal Website and I will reply to you with their e-mail address.
I am sure that all of the Designers will be just as willing to help as we are.0 -

I'm also Essense of Australia and can only find a contact number for the UK stockist line under 'About Us' - scroll down to the bottom of the text. They're not open until Mon though so haven't been able to speak with anyone yet x0

I just had a phone call from the Liverpool Branch, Dawn i think her name is. She was really helpful and very apologetic and is delivering my dress early next week. The liquidaters have said that because i have paid for the dress it is now my property so it is with the rest of them at the secure storage place. I'm so relieved but won't be able to relax until my dress is with me.
The bridesmaid dress we aren't sure of because i had only paid half of it. She is going to check in the storage place tomorrow. If its not there then i will just have to find another one, i paid on my credit card so should get my money back.
I hope all the brides-to-be get answers soon, but from what i've heard the ladies at the shops are trying their best in a crappy situation.

I ordered mine from the Tarleton shop, it came in, in September, and i tried it on and paid the remaining balance 3 weeks ago. I get married in 9 weeks so I am not as a priority as some of you other brides, but just want the reassurance that they will do as they say and give me my dress, as I cant wait around to then find out i have no dress with no time to find a new one.
I am devastated as well, and been in tears so many times today, I went to the shop but no one there other than another bride to be in the same situation.
And if anyone has anymore info I would appreciate it greatly, my dress is a Sophia Tolli one and just know that I would nto get another dress like this with 9 weeks to go.0 -

I think that bride to be was me!! Have you had no luck then? I went back again to the Tarleton shop tonight but still no sign of anyone, not even a note! And still got no reply to my email.
From what people have said on here, if you've paid for your dress in full and they had it in the shop then you'll hopefully be ok. Fingers crossed for you x0 -

Of course, i have no doubt that you will have a call over the next few days. I think they are concentrating on sorting the imminent weddings and then working through a list. My wedding is in 4 weeks. Dawn told me that because i have fully paid for the dress it is my property so i'm guessing you will be the same. Its every brides worst nightmare isn't it.0
