URGENT: Any Bridal Gallery Group brides (north west)?

I really wish the designer of my dress would deal with me direct as the store I visited in the last few days was a complete disappointment, they just wanted my money and if I had a choice I would not deal with them. If I have to pay again that's fine but my life would be made easier if the designer could just send me my dress and I could have it altered locally. I had to travel 1hr 30mins plus to get to my next nearest store and it is not logical for me to travel this distance on a number of occasions for fittings etc. Is anyone else dealing with the designer directly?

I own a Bridal Shop near Nadene and know that she does go the extra mile for her Brides, I'm quite sure she would courier it for you or something along those lines, or order it for you so that the only time you would have to go would be to collect? I also know she has been doing her best on price for Brides who have been effected by the closure of The Bridal Gallery Group?

Anyway just a thought!

I can see what other brides are going through, I AM ONE OF THOSE BRIDES! Why do people have to be ungrateful!!!!

By posting a positive thread, I thought it would be helpful to other brides...give them confidence that their are genuine people out there willing to help! Up until yesterday, I had lost all trust in bridal shops however, Nadine has managed to re-assure me!

I can assure you now, I am a bride! I wanted to let other brides know there is people out there willing to help and are trustworthy! If you go on Facebook, 'Dream Capture - The Bridal Boutique, Photography & Tiara's' you will see the same post.

I cannot believe how horrible some individuals can be, there is no need. All I am trying to do is help!

I think a misunderstanding here - Nadine is the owner of an independent bridal shop who is trying to help B2Bs affected by the sudden closure of the other chain of shops in the NW - she is not connected with the company who has caused all the trouble. Maybe delete the post?

Hi everyone, is there any Essence brides on here who have any positive stories like everybody else? My wedding isnt until August 2013, im having no luck in contacting Essence direct , does anybody have an email address for them?

if anyone has got in touch, was there any sign of your orders?
