hmmmm.... not impressed
I haven't ordered lots of hampers just one the christmas one for my parents back in august very sad it isn't here yet.
I tried to double check via email that it will go out on monday as per a telephone conversation last week and I too got the generic response that no emails are being replied too. Doesn't actually come as a automatic out of office reply though, more like some one hit reply and copy and paste statement.....I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:0 -
Ten mins ago his latest tweet
@TheNHCompany: We will no longer now be on here till after Christmas, our number one priority is to get the hampers out for you all in time.
It didn't last long, did it?
He's blamed the couriers, but as people have found out via UKMail the couriers haven't got them!0 -

Actually, he's replying to Twitter at the moment, so anyone who wants to know where theirs are could send him a Tweet. I'm not asking him again. I'm going to wait until Tuesday at the very latest before I check where my order from 16th September is.0 -
I got a reply after tweeting earlier in the week about mine not arriving. Neil called me & apologised for non delivery. Apparently it had been lost by the courier. As I said I needed mine by the wednesday this was Thursady he offered to refund my money. I decided to amend my order as part of it no longer required as I had bought elsewhere as they needed to be delivered. I called back on friday morning as I needed more of it for saturday and he agreed to refund. Guess what arrived today. The box. It was posted when he said and had next day on it . Haven't opened it but will hold onto it till cheque arrives . Mine was delivered by UK Mail and was delivered mid morninf probably after 12 as my husband was outI have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

Have sent him several tweets, dunno if he is seeing them though. Am just desperate to know if mine will be here in time to draw our raffle with them as the prizes. If they were for anything but that I would not be quite so anxious.0

I think a lot of these problems could have been avoided with good, honest communication and a bit of slack cut on both sides.
I don't think blaming one person is helpful to anyone.
Totally agree. Candy222 is entitled to think what she likes, although some did not appreciate it, they could put her/him on ignore or whatever. Cannot see how he/she can be to blame for anything that the NHC do or don't do..unless they've spent time looking into the legalities of trying to stop her instead of packing in which case it is NHC's fault as they have an obligation to their customers to be getting these orders out. They could have really made a brilliant name for themselves if they'd taken on extra staff and got the orders out..
It all started so well and now it seems the company are trying to blame other people for their own shortcomings which is disappointing.
I've not heard anything about my order and quite frankly I am scared to ring in case I slow them down. Surely an email to let you know your order has been dispatched isn't too much to ask for?0 -

He never replied to my tweet sent a few days back either. Most frustrating when you can see him replying several times to the same people.
So much for his twitter break to pack hampers!0 -
