    What annoys me (a bit) is this whole attitude of 'once the hampers have left us then it's not our fault.' Here's an example:

    Now I'm not a die-hard consumer rights expert but I'm sure that Norfolk Hamper Company ARE responsible to ensure that our hampers reach us safely. When we ordered these hampers we entered a contract and therefore, we expected goods to be delivered to our door.

    I'm gonna do a quick bit of research to see whether I'm right. :eek::rotfl::eek:

    Let's just hope UK Mail have a backlog and that they haven't got lost in transit.

    maybe if he stopped posting on twitter people wouldn't be worried enough to ring up. does this man realise he is running a business?

    i haven't ordered from them, thank goodness, but I feel for all those who have.
  • I am still waiting on orders, and that last twitter message :( what is he hoping to achieve by effectively slating his customers on twitter?
    I feel for them that they are obviously overwhelmed, but this has not been dealt with well at all :(

  • How is it possible that simply packing things in boxes takes so long? He says he's working all hours etc, but he's not making the chocolate/honey/jam etc!

    Maybe if he stopped tweeting and arguing with people he might get more done in a day.

  • Am really hacked off now. What the hell is he trying to achieve by those twitter posts?????????? If its to alienate his paying customers he is succeeding!! A good deal my !!!! if you don't actually have it or even know if you are getting it!!!

    Thankfully i didn't order from this company... but i could have very easily done so.

    It's a shame really, as some of the hampers pictured here actually look quite nice.

    I really am shocked at the lack of professionalism on twitter and in emails too.

    Hope those of you waiting on your hampers get it sorted!
