well im leaving here for today, had enough
but i sent a email and this came straight back

We are no longer able to answer emails due to ensuring you all receive your hampers in time for Christmas,this is our number one priority which im sure you all understand in this very busy period.
Our team is working round the clock to meet the demand & working very hard for you & apologize for the delay in these getting to you.

Please also note we are getting lots of calls regarding the Hampers as stated in the terms and conditions pictures are for illustration purposes only & products may vary due to stock & supplier levels.

This is the new automated response, it doesn't really help if there's a problem with the hampers you received like mine

Won't expect a reply from my email then!!
This is really going to be pot luck I think if you get them next week or not.Sadly that gives us very little time or money to top them up if they fall short of expectations or to replace them with other gifts.

I am upset for the company who obviously took on more than they could manage however if they had cancelled and refunded some orders a month ago I feel they could have avoided this.

I am going to have to attempt to replace these now, lesson learnt the hard way for us and Neil.

And if you ring the line is busy.

When you do get through eventually, a nice lady listens and takes the details of your complaint but can't do anything herself. "Somebody will get back to you."

So you wait .....

I got threw on my 2nd go there posting on out on monday, my granny only lives 2 sec up the road so also as it's here on xmas eve i don't mid, keep trying and hopefully they'll sort you out.


Btw i got the impression they are picking emails up just not replying so if it's serious they'll get back to you.

Mine still not arrived after being originally told first week in December, then arrive early next week, then UK Mail will bring yesterday.

Anyhoo, does anyone know if UK Mail deliver on a Saturday? Should i stay in Mmmm

I think someone has already posted on here that UK Mail only work until noon onSaturdays.

im in the same Boat and although the hampers were for us anyway I still am seriously wondering on the time scale today is the 15th the courier company only delivler up till next friday - (xmas eve at a really push )and if u pay a top dollor priemum) because they too wind down for closing over christmas
lucky for us Mrs Cake isnt going anyware too far next week but still just a note to say its leaving us mon/tues/wed now would suit me

If your question is regards delivery of the hamper deals,these will be delivered no later than the 14th of December.We can not give an exact date for delivery but you will be notified by the courier when your delivery is on the way.
