As I understand it, NCH can subsitute but the items need to be of equal quality and price. (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Reg 19)

In my case, small sizes were substituted for large sizes so I've contacted them.

Not quite sure about this. Won't they be arriving on Monday now?

I thought Saturday delivery is a premium service.

Hope I'm wrong though.

not sure i think some people did recieved some last saturday
looking at the uk mail website says they deliver until 12pm
so who knows :cool:

Got kinda hacked off and called UK Mail, surprise surprise NO delivery for my postcode today!!! Seriously annoyed now.

For those who are waiting (it must be a nightmare for you all) it might be worth giving UK Mail a ring and see if anything is out for delivery for you today.

I have done this before, i didn't have my consignment number or parcel number but they were able to find me on the system using my postcode and house number. My parcels were on the van for delivery.

At least then you will know if you have anything coming today.

none here either although I emailed the early hours asking if they could say whether or not my hampers have actually been dispatched
