While I understand peoples disappointment over delays and agreed deadlines being missed and their frustrations over communication, I am sure that they ARE trying their best to get all the deals out to us.
Although I am aware that they are a company etc etc and have made promise to deliver on a certain date, I am also aware that they are human, a small firm who have obviously been caught off guard by the volume of orders and ARE trying their best to fulfil these orders. I'm pretty sure they didn't and don't want anyone to go away from this disappointed and not recommending them ( although I know some people feel strongly that they won't, as is their perogative).

Personally, I'm prepared to wait patiently for my orders if the quality is as shown in the photos as they look fantastic!. :beer::j

I fail to see how you could be caught off guard when most orders were placed during the offer period sept / oct ?
Whilst we are all waiting patiently that doesn't help those who wanted them in the time frame agreed when ordering.

I was very surpirsed when my hampers arrives, but alot of the plastic was torn, and one was missing, now that isn't a huge thing but it was the only none sweet/none chocolate/none jam one i ordered for for my diabetic granny so i really needed that one, If it had have been a different one i'd prob have been happy with a refund of say £5 or something

My 3 boxes were jam packed so i'm hoping they ran out of room and hopefully one will come with royal mail, there was no note inside to say this tho, and i told my granny she was getting a hamper after getting her an m&s one last year and her loving it.

My hampers are at my mother in laws i'll take piccys tomorrow, but tbh there all pretty much galaxy.

Genuine question, as I've read the posts on here and I can't see how they are to blame for the delayed hampers.

Anyway, hope you all get your hampers and they are what you are expecting.
The hampers that have been collected in person are lovely, though.

I haven't got mine yet, and I've got mixed feelings.

I think they are working really hard now, and they must be upset at the criticism ...but maybe they sold too many of the offers, and they could have foreseen this very heavy workload.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until Monday :-)

I have wasted enough time worrying now. i hope they arrive on Monday and are left with a neighbour. If they don't, no amount of raging and worrying from me will make them come any quicker. So I have decided to relax and trust it will all come good in the end.

Yeah ... I assumed they would be mine, but that's not the case ... unless MSE are working their way through the thread ...

and saying at the beginning of December that they won't be on twitter due to the amount of orders they have, yet then they post stuff every day, and posting a competition, and random footie stuff, and moaning that they're swamped and that people keep ringing/emailing etc.

Methinks they may have taken on too much.

That's a lot of tweeting for somebody soooooooooooo busy.
