I just did the same and hung up. Have used their contact form now but with no consignment number its all a bit vague!
  • Anyone that has emailed and has a different automated response to the one that says they will all be dispatched by 14th could you copy and paste it onto here please, I'd be interested to see what it says.

  • I think I'm about ready to give up with the hamper waiting and wondering. If they arrive next week then fine but still disappointing how this has all turned out and the responses the company are now sending out via twitter and automated email. From a customer service point of view surely it would have been better for the company to have apologised to us he customers for the delay, explain the delay and what they are doing to resolve it. Instead we have not had an apology, emails have gone without a personal reply and tweets on twitter have become a bit rude :(

Its a shame the it has turned out a bit sour for some of us as was really looking forward to this company proving the doubters wrong. In my opinion the whole matter could have been handled a bit better.

the thing is how do we know if they have been sent
they could have been lost in transit, these things happen, and we are sat waiting and the hamper company have sent them

    I couldn't agree more.

I've given them the benefit of the doubt, small company trying to branch out etc etc but I find the customer service being given now is extremely poor.

I think he should put himself into our position and think how he would feel if he had ordered something and got the run around from the company, continually promised delivery dates for no delivery to arrive, continually advised they would call for them to not and then to made to feel its all your fault they are behind because you dare to ask where your delivery is!

I truly don't mind what day mine come, I just need to know when it will be so I can book the time off!

and it seems if you do ask you get a curt reply asking what you want him to do
