Me too but I'm not holding my breath0 -
All I have been in email communication with \neil this evening. I telephoned and spoken to his cleaner Claire to cancel my order as he had left. One minute later I received an email to confirm my cancellation. Since the I have had 20 emails off him as he has refused to provide me with a refund stating I must have a credit note. I have refused this as I do not wish to use his services. Please be aware of this if you cancel0

I am still waiting on orders, and that last twitter message
what is he hoping to achieve by effectively slating his customers on twitter?
I feel for them that they are obviously overwhelmed, but this has not been dealt with well at all
Totally overwhelmed and not prepared imo.
I'm now blocked on Twitter and have been called rude too! Great customer service lol! I thought under the circumstances I was extremely polite and have definitely been very patient. He blocked some of my Twitter friends too! Nice!0 -
Hehe his attempt at not being on twitter lasted a long time!0

I'm reaching the end of my patience limits now I'm afraid. So far:
* Hampers delivered late in September which had to be chased up
* Item missing from October hampers which did not turn up as promised with the November ones.
* Poor standard hampers sent in November, contents nowhere near the advertised value even taking into account the hampers.
* December hampers not delivered when due in first week of December. Told would be sent out 12th December along with an extra hamper as compensation for November hampers. To date no sign of any hampers. No reply to further emails.
I find it frustrating that customers who are having to chase up their orders are being made to feel like they are inconveniencing them and being impatient. If the company held their hands up, admitted they'd made a huge error with the amount of deals advertised and orders taken on, perhaps finding a way of compensating those who had been let down, then people may be a bit more understanding. It's also quite disappointing to see the kinds of responses people are getting on Twitter when the account is representing the company - certainly doesn't come across as them having good customer service.
I will wait until Tuesday and if my hampers, that I paid for in AUGUST don't arrive then I am going to see what my options are with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards. Does anyone have a screen shot of the 12 hampers for £79.99 deal please? I have it on a memory stick but can't get to it until the end of the week and want to take action before then if needed.
Good luck everyone getting their hampers!0 -
How does that help anyone?
What is the point in antagonising the staff? They are clearly stressed and have taken on more than they bargained for. They are only human and I can imagine some of the abusive messages they must have had over the past few weeks due to all the scaremongering that has been going on. Admittedly I was worried when they were not replying to emails and when I couldn't reach them by phone but I did get through in the end and I found them to be very helpful. I don't think they are doing themselves any favours by making some of the comments they have on Twitter but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to stress.
Those people who urgently needed hampers for a certain date or who received wrong items etc have valid reasons to contact the company... but I think the rest of us should just wait and see. If it all goes horribly wrong I am sure we are protected under the DSR's so let's not all panic, eh?
Let's hope some of us get our lovely hampers very soon.0 -

me neither.. so far I've been waiting for them the first week of December as promised... then the following Wednesday or Thursday (at the latest!!!:rotfl:) then Friday..... pick a day.. any day!
Must stop reading those Tweets they make my blood boil!!
UK MAIL HAVE NO DELIVERIES FOR MY POSTCODE TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
hmmm... all will of left by Wednesday evening? yet again I see the day has changed. Very unimpressed too! I would love to know how they decide which hampers to do first. Obviously not the earlier you ordered the quicker you get it. Because people that ordered after me on different deals have had theirs, not sure how that worksI need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:0
