No replies to my tweets to Neil and no replies from UK Mail either also tried phoning UK mail and phone just rang and rang. At a total loss as to what to do now.

Someone posted this yesterday, it's the Twitter link for UK Mail. Try asking them if there's anything out for delivery.

Nothing in the UKMail system for me either To tell people they are dispatched last Wed for me for delivery Fri, then Dispatched Fri but clearly not is just dishonest.

Have had to go and buy 2 more gifts needed to give today - so that's 5 of my 8 hampers been replaced now

Emails unanswered and blocked on Twitter this is the most dreadful online experience I have ever had, I cannot believe how stressed and angry it is making me!

Try emailing them via the contact form on their website. I did that before I found the twitter address and they replied pretty quickly.

Haven't tried via Paypal but am just off the phone to Barclaycard who say it is a simple process to dispute a transaction and get a refund if the goods are never received.

That makes me feel a little happier! Am trying to get a refund from Neil via the phone now but funnily enough it's just permanently engaged!

Finally heard from UK Mail nothing for my address, so obviously couldn't have left on the 13th and with me on the Friday as he told me. According to Norfolk Hamper's Twitter thay are taking on more staff.

I have heard from UKmail also. NOTHING for my postcode either. This is beyond a joke now.
