  • On the 12th Neil replied to my email to say that my hampers would be with me today or tomorrow (tuesday).
    Nothing has been delivered today.
I am out for most of tomoorow from early on for a hospital appointment so the best I can hope for is a card saying delivery was attempted & I can re-arrange delivery.

I wish I had never got involved with this company.

Mine arrived today, all I can say is WOW they are great,I can't believe they have made much profit from them. The wicker hampers are great.I feel sorry for them they are a small company who suddenly got overwhelmed by orders..........a similar thing happened to approved foods, after they were mentioned on this site.
  • Which did you get frosty?

I wish I hadn't taken up the offer now too, its also worrying that this is the first hamper delivery I am expecting from the deal I bought so hasn't given me confidence at all. I also think how the company has represented itself on twitter has been terrible. I hope im not going to be dreading the hamper delivery "will it/won't it arrive" each month :(

Those who were looking at PayPal refunds, I would be interested in what PayPal has advised.

Please everyone just be patient they are working very hard to get the orders out.

I've been more than patient, who are you anyway, are you employed by them?
    I love this place :j:T:j

I did the 6 plus 6 free hampers.
Two wicker hampers had lots of galaxy bits
    .. .. .. had a whiskey fruit cake,Christmas pud,shortbread,2 small jars of preserves.
Two large hampers with cheese board and knife,2 lots of pât!,selection of crackers(3),spiced apple chutney, onion chutney, large jar of beet root and orange chutney, lag jar of pickled onions.all beautifully packaged.
Amazing value.I will buy from them again........give them a chance.
  • For me it really is irrelevant as to how nice they are or aren't now as I have had to replace 6 of the 8 I bought and buy alternative gifts to give.

I have a Norfolk Hamper Headache and not only am I out of pocket with buying additional gifts but I am going to have stuff that I really don't need or want. Mind you seen as I am blocked on Twitter and considered rude I can't expect my hampers to be the best they do!!

    Hey ho - lessons learned!
