I have been promised delivery Tues/Wed however so far according to UKMail they have NOTHING on file for me, neither do I have a dispatched email. These hampers were raffle prizes which should have been drawn today. I have a sinking feeling we will be refunding money to all the people who have bought one!!0

is that programme called watchdog still on tv
they would love all this lol
I'm not sure tv presenters bothering the company will speed up the rate orders are despatched though I would imagine they are better off left in peace so they can spend their time sorting out the mess they have made of the christmas deliveries.0 -
I have been out today and had to buy a replacement present for one of my hampers that I needed for tomorrow. I have tweeted about my order but no reply.
I see he is talking about getting threatened and the police being involved? What is that all about?
I am just crossing my fingers that the extra staff can get the orders out as these make up the majority of my family's gifts.
Really sorry to all those who haven't been able to give gifts to family that's terrible.LBM Aug 10  [STRIKE]15,995.86 [/STRIKE]:eek:12,750.49

I ordered the 6 hampers plus 6 for an extra tenner back in August. I have got 8 of them absolutely fine (except for the apple vinegar on one which was out of stock.) And they have been worth what I paid for them...because of the deal, it made them average at £6ish each.
I originally thought they would come each month, but got a note with the first one saying they would send Nov, Dec and Jan at the end of Nov for Xmas....very kind, but I fear they underestimated how much work that would give them. I still haven't received the last 2 hampers and free sweet jars (and vinegar)...but to be honest, when I signed on for the deal, I wasn't expecting to get them all before xmas anyway.
I hope they do manage to get the orders out, as it's a real shame when you're starting out to be so tarnished. Also a shame to be waiting on presents when you've ordered them especially xxx'Wisest is she who knows she does not know.'0 -
I have not even had a dispatch e-mail yet - despite Neil promising that it had been sent out on Thursday.... and saying that he would get back to me with a tracking number. Hmmm!
Lord alone knows when my order will turn up!0 -
no email for me either and he said mine would be out monday delivered tue/wed.....I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:0

I post with trepidation on this thread - last time I did I was given a hard time for being 'negative' for doubting one of the original deals.
I ended up ordering something different (not a 'deal')from this company, but like some of you, my hamper did not arrive in the timescale promised and chasing it proved fruitless. Luckily I was within Paypal timescales for a refund. These deals have been offered repeatedly, and cynically promoted on MSE by the company offering incentives on Twitter. They wanted the exposure on here, actively sought it by several posting id's (which were later removed by the forum team), but dont like it when people are let down and express their unhappiness. I won't use them again, and won't recommend them to others either. I'm glad some are happy,, but it is appalling so many people are stressed, worried and out of pocket. It's not right, and I'm so sorry for anyone waiting.
I've been lucky with other hampers from Waitrose and Marks, and I'm happy with them. But I did need a couple 'small' ones last week and wanted to share with those waiting that you can still get some lovely hampers at a bargain price and guaranteed delivery. Check the link

I received the little Blueberry one which is only £5.99 delivered and includes a tea cup and tea treats. It's lovely and still in stock at time of posting.
I hope that helps some of you, and I truly hope you do get what you were promised in time for Christmas.
